My nephew ordered a diner to be delivered by door dash..he was charged $50 and never received his order. He called and was told to contact door dash. He called door dash and they said call pizza hut. Im not certain wher the short is between these 2 businesses but I have 5 ring cameras surrounding my property, 24/7 proof and he never got his $50 pizza order and no one is making it right.

Ordered super supreme with jalapenos and peppers on half, but was put on entire pizza. Also ordered two pepperoni pizzas and they were so cold and dried out, all the slices were separated, sliding around individually in the box. Very disappointed.

I’m not even sure how they are staying afloat. The food was great! The service was terrible. The only waitress we saw couldn’t stay off their mobile device. Had to refill our own drinks, get our own silverware, napkins, and take out boxes. Table service was non-existent.

The pizza here is good for the most part, but customer service often leaves something to be desired. Twice now I’ve shown up and my order was not ready. First time, they had not even started it. That was a while ago, so we gave it another go. Today I come to pick up an order with 5 items and after I pay they inform me they forgot to put in one of the pizzas so they said to pull to the side and it would be out in ten minutes. I understand that accidents happen, but I’m annoyed that they waited until after I paid to tell me. I would have chosen to just get a refund on it, as I had 4 hungry kids in the car. They didn’t even offer any compensation for the wait. As someone who served in customer service for many years, I know how easy it is to make up for the mistake. Such a bummer that they didn’t even make an effort.

I stopped by today for lunch and the service and food were excellent. The woman who took our order (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was one of the best waitresses I’ve had in Boone, period. She was attentive, polite, and personable. I am not sure if she is a manager but she definitely should be. I’ll admit Pizza Hut was not my first option today but with the service and quality of food we had, I will be coming back again soon. The food was fresh, hot, and reasonably priced as well. I am really impressed!!

The place was dirty. Looks as if they haven’t swept all day. Tables were greasy and receipts everywhere. My pizza wasn’t even cut through all the way. So we didn’t have slices. We had one whole pie. Had ask if they cut through it better but we were told no. They offered us a plastic knife as if that would cut a whole pizza in 8 slices. I just took the pizza and left. I will definitely never return.
