I went to get coffee yesterday morning and the gal was so rude taking im a child. I will go back there ever again. Didn’t hear the gal on the speaker so I drove up to the window and she was so rude telling my I need to be waiting at the speaker after I told her I didnt hear her and was like but aways what can I help u with. So I just drove off. Im a 47 year old women and I will not be talked to like a child…..

We stopped by the Black Hills Bagels trailer on the morning of 9/11 while passing through town, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. My husband and I both ordered breakfast bagel sandwiches, and they were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying. Easily a 10/10 on the food alone.
But what truly made the experience memorable was the woman who took our order. She was exceptional—genuinely kind, upbeat, and welcoming in a way that instantly brightened our morning. Her energy and warmth made us feel like more than just customers passing through. It’s rare to encounter that kind of hospitality, and it made all the difference.
If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Great food, even better people.

I love (and know) good bagels – and this place has them! We were doing the tourist thing and driving through town. They had a tons of bagel flavor options, as well as cream cheese options. The cheddar pepper is SO good. Also, their “everything” bagels are so good – and no over use of anise that sometimes happens with bagels.

The food was terrific. The coffee was very good. The service was quick and plenty friendly. I was in town for business meetings three days, and went back each morning. Had the same experience time after time. These folks are worthy of the five star rating!
