The new girls that got hired there are so rude they always get orders wrong, they have attitude, and flat out just don’t seem like they wanna be there, they literally chose to work and seem like they hate it, if that’s the case you think they’d already quit by now. The store was much better when patty was working here.

So many times I have either tried to order or wanted to, but felt uncomfortable due to the lack of work ethics and their lazy acts. All I see is them flirting or talking with security all the time. When I have wanted to order they just walk away, so I normally order from Charley’s or Fuji. Needless to say, the burger King in Cottonwood mall is a joke.

The new team has made it better and better when I go. Efficient friendly and the easy to order from they get it right almost every time and if they don’t know arguments just quickly replace your item and they get it done. So much better than a lot of places here .

This is only burger king that makes the fries the way I like, fresh, golden deliciousness! I had a Whopper and it was yummy! The service was okay, the guy was really soft spoken and a little hard to hear, but he got our order right! Food took awhile, but so did we, looking for a good place to sit. Prices are okay, but I’d come just for the fries any day.
