I Stopped eating at Subway for quite a while cause of their bad service & bad food, HOWEVER, this subway, the food was fantastic and the service was amazing!
The girl (Sarah) working behind the counter was slammed busy, but was positive friendly , upbeat, and I would come back here just because she’s working here !

I had a very frustrating experience here. The employee working there simply wasn’t listening at all, even when I repeated my order clearly multiple times. He just did what he wanted without paying attention to anything I said. His attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, really disappointing service.

I usually enjoy Subway, but this location really missed the mark. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed through my order without paying attention. My sandwich was sloppily made, and some of the ingredients didn’t seem fresh—especially the lettuce and tomatoes. The store wasn’t very clean either; the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky.
I expect a basic level of quality and customer service from a well-known chain like Subway, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

We were hungry and we love Subway. No complaints whatsoever. In fact, my sandwich was the most perfectly created Subway sandwich ever. I learned that Nicole, who waited on me and created this masterpiece is a new staff member. She did fabulous, and I will return. Soon!

Unacceptable attitude and poor service. I asked if there was any lettuce or spinach, and the employee snapped at me like I was a problem for simply asking. Completely unprofessional, zero accountability. Customers should think twice before coming here—this location reflects so poorly on the brand that its like they are Jared 2.0

Ordered two salads using the app and took them home. Both were skimpy compared to what we usually get from other locations, but one looked more like a side salad! One person actually told the other that she put too many pepperoncini, so she picked them out and counted about five back in. $22 for two half bowls of salad.

Told me he wouldn’t take my order until he finishes his online orders. He had 3 sandwiches. He said come back after lunch rush. I asked him when it’s over and he said 4pm. I clarified he wouldn’t be able to make my sandwich until 4pm and said yes. It was 12:20pm. I walked out. I could argue and get a guy who can barely make 3 sandwiches in 4 hours to make my sandwich but they’re so lazy. They have one single guy worker here who is good. He’s 100%. Skinny tall guy amazing. Everyone else has been terrible terrible terrible. 0 training or accountability

I put in an online order on 1/5 and gave them a good 40 mins to make it :). I ended up going to the store to pick it up and it wasn’t done at all. The lady said its been busy which I completely understand. I said thats fine I don’t mind waiting. I wait for 15 mins and realized that the employe was taking other peoples order instead of making mine. The young guy was so sweet tho 🙂 He ended up making my sandwich. The sandwich was wrong but it was still good tho 🙂 I just wish they can pay attention to people who make online orders.
