Great choice for dinner in the area, what you expect in a Mexican restaurant. Good food, efficient service, reasonable prices. I had Superman ♂️ Nachos, included steak, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, in a cheese sauce over Nachos , also included two tortillas.
Wife had Pollo Con Arroz… chicken over rice smoothed in cheese.
We have eaten at Mexican restaurants all over America and this one is in the top 10. Surprise find in Appalachian Kentucky.

This is the last time you’ll ever see me at this restaurant! The chicken was completely raw and tasted like rubber, it was so hard me and my friends could barely chew it! When they sat the plate of food down at our table it smelt like fish… It also tasted like fish. Never and I mean never go to this location!!

Me and my group of friends decided to make ice cream while waiting for our food (sandwich bag, creamer packets, salt, and a cup of ice). We somehow managed to finish making the ice cream (shaking the bag angrily) before they brang us our food. We also managed to eat all 6 packets before they brang our food. We proceeded to wait 10 more minutes before getting our food. As girls do, we grouped together and went to the bathroom and for some reason the bathroom smelt better than the restaurant (may I add the restaurant smells like pure sewage). The restaurant smell had somehow wafted it’s way into my food when I started eating, so may I state this is an awful restaurant indeed.
Update: Me and some others has gotten FOOD POISONING from eating here. Was originally at least 2 stars but after this I can’t even keep it as that

I’m never one to complain much but the last 3 times left us with terrible food. The chicken tasted like rubber and couldn’t hardly chew it. The next time it was cold and definitely not like the normal good is. This time just got beans and rice and two sweet teas. The beans were burnt tasted like food club refried beans. Hardly any flavor. Not sure what’s going on but this is the last for us at this restaurant. It can’t be corrected if it’s not told

Went there for a take out. Usually don’t have a problem. This time was different. I usually get the Sazon Burrito Chicken. Have had it a few times before. Most of the time I would eat it there. This time was for a take out. Granted it was not busy. It takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to get it. This time was ready in less than 5 minutes. I am thinking this is quick. Yes I see why. Recieved the beef instead of chicken. I really don’t see how they could have made a mistake like that. I will check it next time for sure.

Too quiet,no music.Server too quiet,seemed uninterested in job performance . Order for 5 and took over 30 min to be served.
No drink refill while waiting.
Only 6 other customers who were eating already .Mop water and mop left out beside bathroom doors and no hand towels in restroom.
Need to step up the service and quality of food for the prices. Also salt and pepper needs refilled.
Also we were overcharged but didn’t realize until we were 10 min out by almost 15.00
We still had a great day just saying..Get it together El Sazon

I came in on January 30th at 11:45 A.M to pickup mine and girlfriend order, I order the ribeye steak and once I opened it there was only 2 thin flank steak instead of my Ribeye that I’ve been looking forward to and not only did they charge me for my ribeye but neither did I receive my ribeye. So I really want to point out that two flank steak don’t cost nearly as much as Ribeye J’s.
