I ordered a quesadilla through the Chipotle app. Since quesadillas are an online-only item, there is no way to order them in store. Sometimes when I order this item, the amount of cheese added is very minimal. Because there is no option in the app to add extra cheese or leave any type of note, I added “extra cheese please” next to my name on the order.
When I went to pick it up, the manager I think (an older woman) told me that I’m not allowed to do that and that I would have to pay for extra cheese. I told her I was completely fine with paying for it if there was an option online, but there isn’t. Since quesadillas can only be ordered online, this kind of leaves customers stuck with no way to request or pay for extra cheese.
Instead of trying to help, she was very dismissive and spoke to me in a rude way while I was just trying to explain the situation. I wasn’t asking for anything free I was literally saying I’m fine paying for the extra cheese, there’s just no way to do that through the app.
I also want to mention that this location seems very stingy with portions in general. My sister has gone to this same location before and ordered a vegetarian bowl, and when she asked for more rice the employees gave her side eye and made her feel uncomfortable for even asking.
Overall the interaction felt unnecessary and unhelpful. Probably one of the worse locations I have been too…

Pulled up to the pickup lane and sat behind 3 cars for 20 minutes waiting. Got to the window, sat there for 10 minutes just to be told to “loop around” which I assumed was because they had everyone else’s ready behind me. Sat in line for another 15 minutes and finally got my food after 35 minutes. And when I got it, they forgot the fork so I had to go back in. The employees didn’t apologize for the wait for anything.
I go to open my food and I got an extremely small size of food. I have never ever gotten such a small portion from chipotle. Terrible experience do not come here

Been her a few times and 98%of the time ordering inside works better than any other chipotle, I’ve had bad experiences with drive through early on, hopefully they fixed that by now, I won’t order unless I go inside either way just to be safe. Always good portions and food has been fantastic as of lately! Only problem tonight was I was ordering two meals and somehow while focusing on the first meal I didn’t realize my second meal wasn’t getting what I was asking for (received brown rice instead of white & never received cheese) not a big deal, could’ve been my fault. All in all this chipotle is well worth it especially if you live close

This chipotle location is absolutely horrendous! Rude employees, lack an immense amount of professionalism. Any time you ask these folks for a side of vinegarette it’s either we don’t have any made or it will take us 30 mins to make it. Why? I’ve stood in line waiting to order my food over hearing a customer asking the employee to be polite and not so rude. This location is poor at max. Fix yourselves!

I’ve given this location five chances, and unfortunately every experience has been disappointing.
The restaurant consistently looks dirty and poorly managed. Each time I’ve visited, they’ve been out of multiple basic items like rice or other ingredients, and customers are left standing around waiting while staff run back and forth between the two service lines trying to restock food.
What concerned me most during my most recent visit was watching food that had fallen onto the counter while burritos and bowls were being assembled get pushed back into the serving containers. For example, I saw rice that had spilled onto the prep surface pushed back into the rice container instead of being discarded. At other locations, the line is wiped down frequently and kept clean, but that doesn’t seem to be happening here.
Between the lack of food, the long waits, and the cleanliness concerns, this location feels very poorly run compared to other Chipotle restaurants I’ve visited.

I was a little nervous of how bad this place could be with the reviews . I’ve been twice and it’s not bad at all. Why would you order something like Chipotle online ? Or go through a drive through ? Watch the people make your stuff and avoid problems.
The food was cooked well, portions are small unless you ask for extra like it’s been ever since they first came to MN at any location. You should ask to drain the beans to avoid pure bean juice taste. The store was kind of messy but I get the food to go.

This was the worst chipotle I have ever been to. My portion was comically small. The place was incredibly dirty. I waited 45 minutes even though there was only 6 people in front of me. When I got to the counter, they were out of almost everything and didn’t make any effort to refill anything. The workers did not care and didn’t have any pep in their step. They even managed to mess up my payment and almost had me pay for a different order.

Absolutely appalled by the manger Trish at this location. My son and I stop by everyday to get him a cheesey quesadilla (per his request) after the ymca and today we stopped in before and tried to order a kids cheese quesadilla and was told I would have to pay for the sour cream…? (Never have I been charged before and what psychopath eats a quesadilla without sour cream..?) so I politely asked if she could relay this message to the rest of her staff as I come in everyday and have never once been charged and she said ‘well I work everyday and I have never seen you’ and I said well ask this gentleman he helps us everyday and then started to back peddle saying that drive through is different.. obviously she’s never seen me before because she is always in her office.. what a great manager you guys have. We will no longer be spending our money there! Hopefully everyone else has a better experience and enjoys paying 11$ for a kids cheese quesadilla with sour cream. What a joke.

By far the worst chipotle in the area. Food is the worst of any chipotle I’ve ever been to besides the Edina location. The worst part though isn’t the food, it feels like they activately try to avoid cleaning the counter. You can go in right after the open and the counter will be covered in cheese and sour cream. I’ve actually went in and left multiple bags times because either the counter was a complete mess or the food looked disgusting and went to other chipotles. I keep going back because the location is so convenient hoping they’ve got things figured out, but it’s disappointed me every single visit. Will give it a go in a few months and report back if anything changes. I’m not holding my breath though.

I wanted to love this Chipotle… had to stop going here even though it is closest to me… this place is just bad. Do yourself a big favor and skip this location. I recommend Blaine location near Clive’s. We spend around $800 every month as a family at chipotle for those interested.
