First time ever having an A&W burger before, and even with me getting there pretty late tonight, it was a kickass, thick, double bacon chesse burger. The kids holding down the place were nice, and also quick too.

Im sitting outside this location, and since I walked in, I was looking for an ice cream cone but left with a rootbeer shake and with a smile on my face. the older gentleman’s name was John, I think I may be wrong. he not only knew the history of the a&ws past, but gave me more information than I had originally walked in knowing and even though I was rude at first he still made exactly what I wanted and was real cool about the whole situation. I’ll be coming back because of him. Thank you. He had grey hair pulled back and was working the register and ice cream station. he also gave multiple suggestions. He is an asset and deserves a raise!! I’m sure he put up with a lot of rude customers who don’t take accountability when they’re the ones who were more than likely rude and still was nice to them. He chose to be nice to me, and that showed me more respect than I had him. Definitely someone I’d keep happy and employeed! Thank you very much. I’ll be back!

Sometimes I swing by to treat myself to a root beer float and hit of nostalgia. It’s always good, but Brenda’s positive energy at the window makes it a great experience. She is always friendly and funny (unlike many employees at other drive-thru places). Her attitude is the top tier and I hope her boss knows how lucky they are to have her. That kind of service makes people return again and again!

Spent $35 8pc chicken meal it came with 4 biscuits that were hard as rocks the chicken was dried out tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a long time we ordered two root beers ,supposedly the root beer is made in house well they need to learn how to make it it taste way off this location needs serious help

I frequently get something quick as I live pretty close. I disagree with all the 1 star reviews. Deandre and Brenda have always given top notch quality service with a smile and a timely fashion. The food is great but the service will keep me and my friends coming back.

I have worked across the street from the location on 10220 w Colfax. Every time I go through the drive through no matter how busy they are the staff is always friendly, professional, and clean! It seems like anymore alot of the fast food restaurants just don’t care and the staff looks like just crawled out of bed and most are rude, but not here, they are great and always get my food right even if I special order something!

Me and my buddy stopped in after a fishing trip, and the lady behind the counter was the epitome of friendliness and delightful to order from. It’s hit or miss as to the correct temperature of the food and the politeness of the drive-up staff. Overall, it is good as my food orders have been correct each time.
