The lady who took my order didnt seem to be having a good day but she still did a great job. She was friendly. They did forget my food, got all the way home and had to call the store about my missing items. Had to drive another 15 minutes back to the store and another 15 minutes back to my home. They did give me a free taco card.

I visited this location at around 11pm this evening after leaving the Pistons game. I was reluctant stopping at a Taco Bell & combating the AI order taker but lo and behold, there was a real life human & a really nice one at that. I believe he said his name was Grayden. He was super patient, kind, efficient and even was telling me to stay warm & drive safe. He also told me to have a great night a couple times with a big smile on his face. In today’s society it’s rare to be met with such kindness in the hospitality industry & he embodied what every establishment should hold their standards to & above that! I’ll be coming back to this location several times just from that experience alone! Give that young man a raise!!!

When this location first opened, it was fantastic. However it has severely gone downhill fast. Stopped there for lunch on 10/18/25. Nacho bell grande with extra meat (which you know is an upchaege) and there was practically NO meat at all! Order a bean burrito no onion, extra cheese. I obviously started at the wrong end because there was only cheese at one end of the burrito, and no sauce at all so it was dry as heck. I stopped halfway through and my hubby finished it (he’s the one who found the cheese, which also has an upcharge). This was a convenient location 2 miles from home, but we will now be going out of our way to a different location. Please do better for future patrons

Late night tacos are a must! Finding this place was a little challenging but the service was amazing. Friendly people all around. But something amazing I saw was an employee make a minor mistake , the manager walks over and helps them understand and figure things out. Helpful, friendly manager I was able to see. Thank you for helping our late night taco run. AWESOME!!

Terrible. I ordered a double decker SUPREME and it came with only lettuce and barely any meat. No cheese, no sour cream, no tomato. It was dry and gross. Cheesy Gordita crunch- no cheese, no sauce. What in the actual heck? Drive to a different Taco Bell. Stay away from this one!

I recently visited Taco Bell and had a great overall experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick even during a busy time. I especially appreciated how clean and well-kept the dining area was. Only complaint with everything though I am wiling to overlook that was I had two of the same drink even though I picked two different drinks.
What made the experience even better was using the Taco Bell app. Ordering ahead was super convenient, and I loved being able to customize my meal exactly how I wanted. The app interface is easy to use, and I had no trouble finding deals and rewards to apply to my order. I got my food fast without waiting in line, and the mobile pick-up process was smooth.
Definitely recommend both the Taco Bell location and the app—makes grabbing your favorite tacos or burritos easy and enjoyable!

Excellent service & assistance ! Especially god so late in the day. The employee helped me make my own vegetarian burrito in a timely manner for drive thru! It was delicious and fresh.

Alright, I’m not a huge reviewer and if I do I give the five stars and I move on. However I’m a bit irritated, its 1am cause I work retail and I’m the late shift so I’m ordering at the end of the night when you’ve already had your irritable customers, i get that fully. But i leave without 4 items in my bag, discover this me being starving decide i want my Chalupa and my chips and 2 cheese missing. i come back very nice the whole time, hell i even apologize and say i dont normally do it cause i dont even when youve skipped my nachos before several times! I get a bag back only my chalupa, so i ask about my chips and cheese (gave up on getting both cheeses at this point because i dont care anymore, i want to home). Then this lady comes up bagging my nachos with her body language seeming irritated (again i get it, however it was food they were supposed to have already gave to me, and me asking for what i paid for and im nicely asking for) and she gives me my food very roughly and slams the window shut before i can say anything. Thats not how you treat customers. Now I will say the man I interacted with, he was nice nothing bad to say against him, he treats customers nicely wish i knew his name so i could tell him great job in what im sure felt like a uncomfortable situation. He is why i am giving a 2 star, instead of a 1.
