If you are around Carrilltin this is a really good place to eat bbq. They also have what we call the old timey breaded Pork tenderloin sandwich which you hardly ever see in Texas. Good stuff good people!

Pretty dang good ribs!!! Tender, moist fall off the bone. The sauce is different than the usual run of the mill sauce it’s both sweet and tangy but not overpowering with a tomato base. It’s just perfect! Those homemade fries also made it a home run! Super nice fella that runs the place!

Very friendly staff and the burnt ends are fall apart tender. The brisket, ham, and ribs are absolutely perfect. The barbecue sauce is served warm and pairs perfectly. I had the greek potatoes and baked beans for a side. The potatoes are awesome with the ranch and the beans go well with it all. I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s worth stopping in.

Food is fine. Prices are fair. But ordered ice tea and it tasted very bad. I told them something wasn’t right with and they assured me it was just the brand of tea they used and it was fine. It tasted like cleaning solution

We stopped in for lunch and had half slap ribs the one pound sandwich with beef and pork, and the ham dinner, everything was so tasty the fries, the Greek potatoes and the chips. What great BBQ place we would definitely eat there again on our way through town.
