I always wanted to try this place, I heard so many good reviews and for good reason! This was a very cute and delicious stop for lunch. We got cheese curds, chicken noodle soup and a pick 3 different cheeseburger slider option that is only on the lunch menu. Everything is farm to table, they have many different cheeseburger and chicken sandwich options. Definitely stopping in again.

Had a wonderful dinner at Gimbel’s. The gobbler hands down won the evenings best meal with the cowgirl burger a very close second! The menu had plenty to choose from along with great service. We’ll definitely be making Gimbel’s a regular stop on our trips!

Me and my mom had lunch here. We both got burgers and they were really good! I got the dill burger and her a regular cheese burger. The fries were so yummy too! We had a really good server, he was good at suggesting things from the menu. It was quiet but then a large group walked in talking VERY loudly, and we decided to leave after that. They were decorated for Oktoberfest and had an Oktoberfest menu. I will definitely be back to try another burger. They had a great variety!

What a local gem! Who says you need to travel far and wide to enjoy imaginative dishes made from the highest quality ingredients?!
My trio of friends had heard terrific word-of-mouth which led us to park right on Broad Street and make our way inside.
We each ordered a Specialty burger (mine was the Cowgirl Burger – rumored to be the spiciest meat treat on the menu).
Fresh chopped jalepenos and fried jalepeno coins mingled with pepper jack cheese adorning two smashed burger patties with bacon and trimmings!
Before our burgers (which i understand are sourced right from their Schuylkill county farm), we snacked on Mozzerella Sticks and Garlicky Cheese Curds (my favorite – nice sharp fresh garlic notes).
After a bit of heartburn reared up due to my overindulgence with garlic and jalepenos I was fortunate enough to try their ice cream, which i learned was both locally-sourced AND hand-churned!
It was sinfully unctuous! The high butterfat led to mouth-feel heaven that bordered on pornographic. Save room and treat yourself to this most pleasurable ending experience!

I made a stop in town for fuel & food after being on the road for a couple of hours. I asked some locals about a good place to eat & by recommendations ended up at Gimbel’s. After sitting down at the bar I ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger with the garlic aioli fries. While waiting I chatted with the guy behind the counter- his wife is the brains behind the kitchen, which was previously a food truck with a following. The guy is the counter balance in this operation, who in fact runs the family farm which provides the grass fed beef that serves the menu. When ordering you can get the patties either smashed or Regular….I went with the suggested Smashed burger which was Absolutely Delicious as were the garlic fries! The service was friendly along side of the hardworking community that lives in the area. Next time I head to Jersey Shore, Pa. I know my GoTo stop. Congratulations on a brick n mortar spot where you can grow roots.

Staff and service was friendly, timely and attentive. Ordered spicy peach burger w/fries and pickle. Did not disappoint at all. Just enough heat to go along with a subtle peach flavor. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Washed it down with the smoked maple bacon brown sugar old fashioned. My wife and I will definitely come here again.

I ordered Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and caesar chicken salad. Neither was okay. The salad was full of lettuce and barely any chicken or olives. The mozzarella sticks, they must be using string cheese because the cheese was not melted at all. Do not recommend this meal at all. Maybe the other stuff is better. The girl that rang me up was great.

My sister had been raving about Gimbel’s for months, so tonight my family and I finally decided to give it a try—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered The Gobbler, and the turkey was so tender. The burgers were outstanding as well, but the biggest surprise of the evening was my picky son, who tried the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich and loved it! We will definitely be back!

The best burger I’ve had in quite some time. Their homemade Italian wedding soup is a little different but delicious! Newly opened and still working out a few kinks but don’t let that deter you. If you’re looking for a tasty burger and a few cold drinks give this place a try.
