Server was nice but all of the lettuce in the crispy chicken salad I ordered was spoiled and tasted awful. Ultimately, only the chicken was edible, which was a sad waste of money and lunch. I’ve never had this issue with the salad at other DQs. Super disappointing.

Went through drive through…No butterscotch for a malt. Had a caramel one that was like a sipping tan colored milk!!!

Go there with my family almost weekly. I must have some new staff cause they said they don’t got little cups to put kids cones in had to ask for a drink carrier. They handed out the window to put my own drinks in just very rude.

Came here Sunday night with family. Lady in the drive through was awful rude and snippy at me, calling me stupid for not shutting my engine off!! Slammed the window on me to. She was the only adult I saw, so if she’s the manager they need to do better with training for that role.
Just decided to give them another chance, during the daytime, and the opening staff was much friendlier!! Hope to see this improvement trickle down onto the night team

Worst DQ in town. Service is slow. I had to correct them on my order 2 times, and still didn’t receive the correct order. They also failed to accurately put in my 10% discount somehow. If you want Dairy Queen, go to one of the other 4 in town, you’ll be much happier.

Decided to come back to this establishment and give them another try with some of my out of state family members since they were visiting. We went through the Drive-Thru and were immediately greeted by a kind young lady at the speaker then ordered! But once we got to the window and the same lady i had recently complained about had a horrible attitude and was very sassy towards my family. Slammed the window on us after I gave her my money and was making fun of us thinking we couldn’t hear her. Horrible person as i’ve said once before. Which is a shame as this is the cleanest dairy queen in town.
