I’m not one to review fast food joints, but this one warrants it.
Did Wendy’s drive thru on 1/15/26. The fact that I was greeted by a real person, rather than an AI recording was so refreshing. Voice was gruff, but real and efficient. And I appreciated that for the first time, in what seems like a million years, I didn’t have to re-explain my order. Order came out correct, food was fresh, window guy was friendly. He even had a fresh chicken nugget for my pup. Just wanted to leave this review because I feel like the positives go under-appreciated at drive thrus and this team nailed it 🙂

This location is in a good place but during a Saturday, it can be extremely difficult to find parking. Inside the restaurant, expect to find a line if you go on a weekend. This location can get extremely busy. We went on a Saturday for lunch and the line was very long. We had to wait for over 10 minutes. The noise was very loud. You could hear one another but it wasn’t pleasant. One thing they can definitely improve on is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Food and wrappers were all over the floor, on the booths, and on the tables. Cleaning the tables is really something they could work on. Around the soda machines was also really dirty. I’d come here again but will like a cleaner environment.

Horrible service at this location. Was the only person waiting in line for over 10 mins until a worker finally acknowledged me standing there, only to tell me that they arent taking any new orders because they are behind on orders.

This place sucks! I ordered an apple pecan salad without blue cheese. I got a salad with extra blue cheese. We were on the freeway when I opened it without a place to turn around. I called numerous times and they just hung up without answering.

I figure while I’m waiting in line for 20 minutes. This is a good time to leave a review. 1 o’clock on a Sunday no one inside and they can’t do more than one order at a time. Turns out nothing but very young inexperienced hispanics and one black girl working, no supervision. I’m at the window, already paid, and the black girl starts to bring my order, but pauses when getting to the window as if she got scared or lost confidence in handing me my order. And then my double cheese burger has no cheese. Pathetic what Wendys is doing today.

Worse Wendy’s in Utah. They say they open at 6am and are never ready to take orders. Show up later? Same thing, they are never ready. They have messed up multiple orders of mine. I’m surprised they’re still in business with this shitty service. I do not recommend ever going here.

This is a very poor location. VERY DIRTY! I was the only person in the store and no one was in drive thru. Looked like 3 employees were on staff but in the back and not the kitchen. This would have been the perfect time to be cleaning but they looked like they were on their phones. Restaurant dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day and their kitchen was even worse. Given the multiple prior reviews reflecting what I saw today, you would think their corporate rep would have addressed this with the owner of this location. If this is how they treat cleanliness one would wonder how much attention is paid to food safety. Pics attached.

This restaurant is ridiculously horrible. They do not know how to read an order I’m allergic to raw tomatoes. I requested it to not be on my food. Ordered it on the mobile app took 20 minutes in the drive-through just to get it to come home and have tomatoes all over everything that I ordered it not to be on. Attempted to contact the store they don’t answer the phone went into the store, and they tried to remake my order with the same food, but just simply taking the tomato off what they already gave me even after telling them I’m allergic!! The chicken sandwich my husband ordered is even not fully cooked
