so i just had papa john’s tonight. the pizza was good! it was nice and hot but don’t get me started on the boneless wings. my daughter just wanted some good wings so she got some from papa john’s… tell me why her wings were raw and chewy. she couldn’t even enjoy her food because she was so disgusted. but it’s not like i expected much from papa john’s anyways.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with papa johns. Especially the manager.
Placed an online order for a 18:00 delivery. Driver showed up at 18:25. All 3 pizzas were cold on delivery.
Called the location manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me there was no fault to her or her driver. Told me pizza was ready at 17:45, which means this pizza has been sitting for 35 minutes before it was delivered.
Then the manager has the audacity of telling me her driver clocked back into the store at 18:25. I was literally on the phone with the driver at 18:23 because he couldn’t find my house.
I had to re-heat the pizza in my own house, would have been better to just bake frozen pizza.
If I could give this place negative stars I would.

This was one of the best Papa John’s pizzas we’ve had in a very long time. The original crust was back to what we are used to and covered in the Parmesan garlic baked glaze was fantastic. It was done quickly, and there are plenty of toppings on it just the right amount It was quick to pick up and the cashier was friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

My family ordered from the Fayetteville Road location last night. We ordered a Shaq-a-Romo pizza and a Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia. After waiting well over an hour (carry out), you can see in the photos that there was very little cheesesteak in the “cheesesteak” Papadia, and there was no Parmesan crusting. It was just your standard pizza crust. Plus, it just didn’t taste good. We won’t be ordering again.

The Papadias I ordered we’re NOTHING like I’ve had at other locations. My order was definitely rushed and I would have rather been told you were closed. It was undercooked, had barely any meat, and was on regular pizza dough, not Parmesan crusted. Highly disappointed.

Manager Curtis in Fayetteville, NC at raeford road location is hands down the most professional and courteous I’ve encountered. Goes above and beyond to deliver quality service to the customers. Papa Johns got it right with this one.
My experience: After spending long hours cleaning on a Sunday preparing for the upcoming work week, I decided to order pizza for my hungry family of 6! I received a pizza that was sloppily, over sauced and too soggy. I called and manager (first of all answered the phone) however, was courteous and listened to my gripe. He explained how this could happen when having fresh ingredients added to a pizza but also understood my perspective of receiving something unsatisfactory. He was eager to provide quality service and had the pizza remade. I completely appreciated it! I simply just wanted what I paid for to be made correctly and this manager offered to do so right away without me having to ask. Thank you!
