If I could leave a 0 I would. We waited for over 30 minutes before getting to the speaker mind you we sat in the same spot the whole time the car in front of us was already at the speaker. When we got there they said there was only 2 of them and that we can pull up to the window to order. We had an online pick up order. We waited over 10 minutes at the window. Finally when someone came they said they were OUT of burgers. Mind you the people in front and. Behind us left. Why would it take them that long before helping us to tell us they were out of burgers. They didn’t even have our drinks made. The only thing I seen them making were milk shakes. Then when they asked if we wanted a refund we were given attitude when we told them they could have taken a moment on the speaker and told us especially for us having to sit at the window even longer. Horrible service and all around Horrible experience.

The crappiest restaurant ever. I told them they should be closed down permanently. The people working there have no sense. Waited only because I had a mobile order, which I still haven’t been refunded for. These people are terrible and don’t care to help anyone.

If it weren’t for the Burger King sign I wouldn’t have known it was there. I’ve been going to that gas station for a good while now, walk inside and everything, and had no friggin clue. The service was less than mediocre, personalities at zero, and not a smile to be found anywhere in any direction. I ordered my food he took my order and gave me my cup I change without a word being said and I waited for 15 minutes for my food because there is a pickup window to the right by the drink machine, Guess what? Didn’t know that was there either My food had been sitting there for about I’ll say 13 minutes and nobody said a single word. Bno Oder Number (insert whatever number you’d like) your orders ready. They all just kept staring at me like I had five heads. It took a customer to let me know that my food was ready. Won’t go back there again that’s for sure

I ordered ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and no pickle. They have me a single, without cheese and kept the pickle.

Went through drive through. It took like 20 mins to get food and french fries were cold and tasted old. The burger( bacon melt) was over cooked and very dry with too much sauce

Do not eat here it’s a joke of a Burger King. Closed often without notice, equipment broke, short staffed, the wait for food is 5X longer than other fast food restaurants. Beware if using the app to order will take your order and money BUT they are closed during the prime lunch rush?????? After twice being closed (in the middle of the day) BK thinks you are trying scam them and won’t issue a refund if using the app.

Hours are incorrect. You can order on the app but they’ll be closed. No one is ever there when we try to go through the drive thru, and if they are, it’ll take 15+ minutes.
