My spouse and I come to this Jersey Mike’s all the time. I like that I can easily place the order online with all of my customization. I highly recommend placing the order online as going in the store can take a long time due to the volume of orders they have. I like that you can place the order online directly with them and it doesn’t have to be through DoorDash. Sandwiches always taste super fresh.
Also, their rewards program is great. I’ve already gotten several free sandwiches!

Great place, great service, just awful steak and cheese experience unlike previous orders. I love sandwiches, and Jersey Mike’s, but the taste of my last order has shut me off completely to ever coming back. The sandwich was mostly peppers and onions, barely any meat. Horrible sandwich preparation and attention to detail. Haven’t experienced such a horrible sandwich prep at any other Jersey Mikes.

First time stopping in, clean, friendly staff, affordable for two regular sized subs.
Meats and cheeses are sliced on demand, the addition of the juice added a decent flavor.

I love Jersey Mike’s the quality of steak is very good but they really don’t put a nice steak in the sandwich I think that would be my only complaint the quality is very good the service was good

The prices are high with largest sizes, close to or exceeding, 20 dollars for one sub.
If you add chips, which are hardly enough for a child, and a drink? You’re at 25 plus. – quality is definitely fresh, but ingredients are sparingly applied, especially protein.
While they good, I think Honey Ham and subs store? Slaughters the quality at JM’s.

Always crowded at lunch. Usually quick staff but line can be long. They defiantly try to get you in and out. Just be prepared to park elsewhere instead of in front, it’s hard to get in and out of.

Came in a for a sub for the first time earlier this week after my neighbor told me to try Jersey Mike’s! I was running late on my lunch break, but was also starving. An employee (I think her name was Ella or Bella) was extremely helpful! She was super sweet to me and every customer before me. She convinced me to get a giant Italian and recommended I put vinegar and oil on the side for the half of it for later tonight (I ended up eating the entire thing because it was so good!). She even gave me a separate bag for a couple drinks for the rest of my work day. I appreciate the courtesy and grace from the Portsmouth Jersey Mike’s and I will be back again!

These guys are just the best. Rarely would I recommend choosing a sub shop over a cheap sub at Market Basket but these guys were so on top of it, made everything fresh and quick, and did it all in a fraction of the time as it was taking across the street. You can tell they have a great hard working crew here which is rare to find these days! A+
