They make good pizzas, but when I asked the girl how many people a family sized feeds, she said “well it depends how you cut it” and I said okay, so it doesn’t say on the wall how many people it feeds and again she said no it depends how you cut it. So when I got there to pick up my pizza, I noticed that on the wall, it had a family sized size up there and clearly said “feeds 4-6”. So I asked if she was the one I talked to on the phone and she said yes and I pointed to the part that said feeds 4-6 and she still argued saying it depends how you cut it. I really don’t care how YOU cut it, I just want to know on average how many it feeds. Bad customer service on her part. All the other workers seem nice. And I wish I had caught her name.

Look i know that if your shop closes in ten minutes you want to go home and you have your own family’s and lives. I’ve worked in the food industry myself and you arent supposed to start closing duties until the closing time of the store. For me to call and the lady over the phone sigh about me living 5 minutes away and coming to get a pizza and having an attitude on the phone.. unprofessional. “If you can get here in time, no lts fine what do you want!” Cashier guy was nice and friendly though. Pizza looks terrible by the way but hey thanks for making my 2 year old sons night when all he talk about was pizza. I wanted to make my son happy and since i have no job at the moment, and live on food assistance this was the only place i could go for pizza. Thanks a million 😛

I have a 3 stars because the service is usually always good however, there is an obvious difference in toppings on CP and WW Papa Murphy’s Pizza compared to the Kennewick Papa Murphy’s. We are all paying the same price but over here we are getting half of the amount of toppings on the same pizzas. We noticed that this was happening quite a while ago but just hadn’t bothered go say anything. That’s changing. I have spoken to a Rep. at a corporate office and asked them to look into this. We should not have to pay the very same price for half of the amount of toppings!

Realize the employees may not be able to make change if you confuses them with exact amount requiring a simple deduction of even change. Such as owe $13.04 gave 23.05 change $10 &keep the $.01! Wow did I confuse then young man! The look he gave me led me to believe he and his tat buddies might visit me later! In retrospect perhaps the owner or manager might quiz newbies about value of american currency?

Will get orders wrong, be sure to check your pizza before you leave. The staff is very good, but I can tell the owner is very stingy and runs the place as cheap as possible. At least they have $2 for gluten free crust.

Always get pizza from here whenever I’m around,they make it super fast and if they mess up on it on accident they’ll make you another free of charge. Really cheap pizzas to get for family nights! Perfect for any nights this pizza is perfect !
