I was surprised that this place is now more of a Vietnamese spot! Friendly service, fast preparation, clean restaurant. There is a cool room upstairs where it looks like they host live music. Didn’t catch it this time around but it looks like a cool venue.
-Highly recommend the pork rice platter, absolutely delicious!
– The shrimp toast were very different than the Thai style I am used to, but quite good. Very strong sesame flavor.
-The bread they use for the bahn mi here is PERFECTION, and overall I would say the sandwich was good. In my personal opinion (as a self-proclaimed bahn mi snob) I did feel the strong taste of the sauce on the chicken overwhelmed the flavor balance of the sandwich, which could be overcome by toning it down a little and/or having a stronger pickled flavor on the vegetable and more herbs to balance it out.

I came here a couple times and it’s really good. I had the shrimp dumplings, soup dumplings and pork shu mai. All were delicious, especially the shrimp! Definitely some of the best I’ve had. The service is great and the owner is very nice. Definitely come here!
On a recent visit i had the beef brisket soup with hand drawn noodles. It was delicious. The broth had good depth of flavor and the brisket was tasty and tender. Another good option here, especially in the winter.

I’ve eaten here several times. The food and service are always excellent. Maybe some of the bad reviews are due to bad delivery drivers but when you eat here, it’s great.

Don’t let the dark exterior of the restaurant windows fool you, the inside has a nice seating area and atmosphere. The service was quick and super friendly. The menu has a lot to offer, something for everyone to try. The appetizers were delicious, and they offer plates to share, the portions are definitely big enough! The food also tasted delicious, nothing seemed frozen or made hours ago, and the spices and spicy-ness was perfect. Four stars only because they had ran out of the fried calamari when I was there. I’ll definitely be coming here again, and I recommend it.

Vegan Review: Friendly! Under new ownership I thought I’d see if they added any vegan options to their menu. Of course baby bok choy is always a great pick. Saw this mock dynasty duck/chicken. The only mock item on the menu. Walked in to pick up. Very cool friendly guy knew about vegan items and could answer questions. Mock dish was as expected, a bit over fried for my taste so i’ll prob ask them to just stir fry it next time. He said they’d make anything vegan. Cool. Deff try again.. Ⓥ $1 charge to use credit card.

ABSOLUTELY DELISHHHH!! Every time I come to Philly, this place is a MUST! Food is so good, staff are friendly and very attentive! The Pho, is my favorite, but truly everything on menu is very good!!

This place used to be amazing, and in my opinion they had the best egg roll in the city.
They no longer even offer egg rolls, and it appears to be under new management as the entire menu is changed. I’ve tried a few dishes that I used to get all the time that are still on the changed menu and they just aren’t good anymore.
The fried rice also used to be good but now has a completely different flavor and texture.
My recommendation is to stay away from this place. They don’t deserve to keep the name of a once great restaurant.

One of my favorite local spots. I often come here alone and order some soup dumplings and cucumber salad and sit at the window and people watch. If you know you know.
But most notably, their cucumber salad is 10/10! It is addicting and refreshing. Best in the city! My favorite!

General Powell Spicy Chicken was delicious, but too chewy. Portion size was perfect for lunch.
