I visited this location recently to pick up an online order. Upon arrival, the order status screen clearly indicated my order was **”Ready for Pickup.”**
When I approached the counter, the employee informed me that the order was, in fact, **not ready** and still needed some time.
I sat down to wait, but after about seven frustrating minutes, I checked in again. I spoke with the person I believed to be the supervisor, who gave me a very concerning explanation: **They mark orders as “Ready” on the system simply to avoid customer complaints or problems.**
This situation is very misleading. Customers rely on the status screen to manage their time. Falsifying the order status is dishonest and wastes the customer’s time unnecessarily. I hope management addresses this practice immediately to ensure accurate and honest communication with their patrons.

I don’t ever write reviews but the experience here was honestly so bad. First of all I waited over 30 minutes for a 6 piece boneless wing meal , and waiting was not a problem for me because I know restaurants get busy. However when I got my food it was completely cold ?? It just makes me wonder what they were even doing back there. My friend got the same meal as me and hers took way longer and her wing flavor was gross. Also the tables were dirty and there were no straws. Idk I’ve had better wing stop at other locations.

This is by far the most rude and absurd establishment I’ve ever walked in. I walked in to place an order and they told me we don’t accept cashier. You’re gonna have to wait on my manager after waiting 20 minutes. I realize that the manager is the woman sitting in the lobby on her personal cell phone, laughing and talking. I figured that she was on her personal break, But she wasn’t she was on her phone Just laughing and talking to some random person. By this time, there is a literal line out the door. The customers in front of me started getting agitated as well because now they’re saying that they don’t take credit card and the only person that can handle this situation is the manager, Mind you, the manager is sitting at a table, laughing your head off on a personal phone call with some random person. Me and the other customer finally said something because everybody is just looking at each other like how do we even order food in here? They got mad at me and told me we’re not serving you and they literally kicked me out

Wings were extremely salty and I got two different flavors and both flavors had a very salty aftertaste. I got the garlic Parmesan wings and I also got the hickory barbecue. The fries were soggy as hell and burnt.
They didn’t even put ranch inside my bag and I didn’t realize it until I got home. My fries came loose inside the bag they did not place the fries inside a closed container it was on an open paper plate like the ones you typically get when you dine in not carry out. I had to dig the fries out one by one. Better off going to zaxbys.

Manager took a whole lunch break while knowing there was no ice and all the drinks were flat. How can you sell people meal deals knowing they’re not getting a soda and hot flat ones at that? The tables were all dirty/sticky. We were the only ones inside and our wings took forever. I don’t know who trained this crew but wings clearly sell themselves for a place like this to flourish. Update- the cashier was really sweet and the food was delicious so I’m going to edit this a little bit…
