Disgusting location. 2nd time here and bathroom is always dirty. Asked a staff member to please clean. He said he would and never did the entire 45+ minutes I was there. Employees have their own restroom, which I’m sure is spotless. Don’t forget, it’s this same staff that prepares your food. Bet the franchise owner is just as lazy.

Came almost every day ordering the same thing but customer service is horrible and won’t be coming back.
I always pay for extra chicken in my power bowl and this time only got three small squares of chicken. Realized once I was home and drove right back (06/25). First Hispanic lady working was kind and gave me a side of chicken to make up for it. Once home, I ate the power bowl and then opened up my chicken burrito only to see it had beef instead. I wasn’t driving back again and called to see if I could just get it refunded seeing as my whole order was wrong. Driving back three times in one night doesn’t make sense. The guy on the phone said he understands and will leave a note for his manager.
I come back the next day to get my refund. A female worker took a look at the receipt and complained that the receipt was from a week ago. Apparently education is illegal for this worker.
Without even a name tag and claiming to be a manager, she angrily said “I wasn’t the one working yesterday what do you expect me to do?” She was trying to escalate and argue instead of helping. I kept calm and pushed for a refund while she complained that $12.43 was too much. Eventually she called the actual manager who told her to refund me and had to explain to her how open the register because clearly she’s not qualified to do that.
Messing up the whole order is one thing but giving attitude for a situation that doesn’t effect you whatsoever is uncalled for.

Charging up at the Tesla Supercharger next to Taco Bell? Hell yeah! This Taco Bell was a total win. My pregnant wife was craving those Crunchwraps, and let me tell you, this place nailed it. Perfect pit stop—grab a bite while the car juices up. The kids were stoked on the tacos, and I was loving the whole setup. It’s like the universe knew what we needed: delicious fast food and a quick charge. If you’re cruising with the fam and need to refuel both your ride and your crew, this Taco Bell is where it’s at.

The kiosk is not that great as, even with the kiosk, the tables were dirty, the trash was full, and service was slow. Maybe the drive thru part is better. I was extremely underwhelmed.

I dared to come back. No receipt, but I did get a strip of plastic in my burrito. Fortunately it was at the end and I didnt have to suffer too long the thought of WHERE THIS CAME FROM.

Piled all my food into one bag. Squished my mexican pizza, blasphemy! Multiple tacos were filled inconsistently and had chunks of meat and cheese stuck to the outside of the shell. Do they not clean their prep stations? Only went to this location because the location on Bristol in Santa Ana was closed for remodel. Never again at this location. I’d rather pass.

Usually a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, I don’t expect a whole lot. But I was greeted immediately by Sayra with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude! Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she was onnnn it. Cleaning, asking people if they needed help, etc. My order was correct, hot, fresh, and delicious. Happy camper!
