I’m on the road a lot and I usually turn to Wawa for a sandwich and this has got to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever received from Wawa. I ordered this exact sandwich at other locations and I never have this problem. This sandwich literally looks like it was just thrown together. The bottom piece wasn’t even cut and the only thing warm about this panini was the chicken and I’m being generous about saying it was warm. I’m still going to eat it but I’m never coming back to this location

Really have never been able to understand the cult following this place has. And no, I’m not a sheetz fan either haha. The counters are always a mess and stained and the floor is unclean. I use wawa for quick small items when it’s convenient for me, but nothing fresh or food wise since the cleanliness is always an issue

Brand new Wawa! Everything is clean and tidy, I think the lights in the lot are needlessly bright but the interior experience was nice. My partner ordered food from the counter and was in and out very quickly. Labels for items were clear and easily identifiable. Woohoo!

UPDATE 1/8/24! So I gave feedback on wawa app got email next day with apology and sincere reply that feedback would be sent to management with a $10 gift card. So they came correct! Ordered a chicken biscuit at the store on w broad street near libbie in richmond va with pickles and cheddar cheese. As soon as I picked up the biscuit it crumbled which means it’s stale. Not fresh. How disappointing. Usually pretty good food. So come on down for a stale chicken biscuit for breakfast , y’all!
