I went to this KFC for picking up for DoorDash. It was about 11:30 I went to drive-through, but no one answered my voice. I went to the window and saw employee inside. They were just saw me, but they didn’t do anything. I knocked to the window and they just ignore me and they were just laughing with each other, but they didn’t help me. The KFC was open on the app , but they didn’t help me.

From the moment we walked into the KFC on State Street and 3900 South, we were incredibly impressed. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, a refreshing sight that immediately set a positive tone for our meal. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. It went far beyond what one typically expects from a fast-food establishment; every interaction was polite, efficient, and genuinely helpful, making for a truly pleasant dining experience.
A significant part of this outstanding experience was thanks to the manager, Osmar. He was an absolute pleasure – genuinely nice, incredibly helpful, and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. His leadership clearly contributes to the high standards of both cleanliness and customer service at this location. It’s rare to encounter such a positive and attentive manager in any restaurant, let alone fast food, and Osmar deserves significant credit for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
And the food! The chicken nuggets were excellent, perfectly fresh even without being cooked to order, which speaks volumes about the quality control. Our mashed potatoes and gravy were also excellent, rich and flavorful, complementing the meal perfectly. Without a doubt, this is the best KFC I’ve been to in a very long time, and it truly sets a high bar for other locations. We’ll definitely be returning to this top-notch KFC.

Hands down the best KFC in Utah if you’re eating in and really enjoy KFC history! The manager Troy here was great and gave us some insider info on the history of KFC and his story. The theming here is great and it ties the atmosphere together. I love the OG suit and pressure cooker on display! Food here is typical KFC food and you know what you’re getting. The new cherry pie bites were yummy and pretty hefty. They remind me of toaster strudels without the icing and a bit more pastry. Can’t complain though! The staff was friendly. The tables were a bit dirty but half the restaurant was closed because it was already cleaned up on a not so busy night. Again I must say Troy made the visit here feel all worth dining in for! Will be back to dine in and enjoy a KFC themed night!

Recently ordered a bucket of chicken, got it home and was eating it, when my family member found a long hair embedded in their piece of chicken under the fried chicken skin!!! It was so gross that I had to throw out the entire bucket.
I don’t know when I’ll be able to eat KFC chicken again.

This is the 1st ever original KFC. If you’re in town, this place is worth the visit. Friendly customer service and all your favorite KFC menu. This place has original memorabilia from the original restaurant. It even has the cernals’ original white suit. Big store with plenty of seats and 2 soda machines.

I dare say this is the best KFC in the entire United States! I know KFC isn’t considered high-end fast food by many people, but I suggest you visit this place — it might just change your mind. This location is so good, it almost doesn’t feel like a regular KFC. The staff here are incredibly friendly and even take the time to share the history of KFC with you. If you’re passing through Salt Lake City, make sure to stop by. You won’t regret it.
