The managers said they didn’t do the promotion i had to wait in the store 2 times it said it took my points but not the deal I waited 20 minutes finally got tired and did the mobile order and guess what it works just fine but the code doesn’t ring up properly but yeah this visit was unprofessional and can’t really eat my food because im to worked up from stress also said the promotion also works in LA also through away my receipt so I couldn’t report them to corporate apparently wouldn’t let me without store number and something else the receipt had.. i hope corporate reads this they didn’t even remotely try to compensate for screwing up 2 times instead telling me wait the 13 minutes until it refreshed then same thing happens and it repeats they screw up and they make you do the work to fix their problems if this place can’t take responsibility please find management who can please and thank you the ones working there are seriously hurting your name

It’s McDonalds. Same service as usual. This place doesn’t have counter to order. Must use kiosk or app. Plenty of space to eat in. Clean spot to stop for a quick meal

We went there. My wife wanted a cup of coffee so it would have the grinch on it. We ordered to mcmuffins, thinking that it was going to be the sausage mcmuffin. Deal 2 for $6. Instead, somehow we got a Canadian bacon on it, and then we looked at the receipt, and they charged us for an individual sandwich, not the deal. So what Should have been under $8. Ended up to be twice as much around $15. I guess that’s what they get for just giving a credit card and pay and not looking. I’m glad she paid for it not me.

Customers paying with EBT, tend to be frowned upon at this location. Parking for customers is difficult, staff is not very customer friendly. They expect everything to be done on the app or at the kiosk.
Edit… Sure the “stakeholders” care about the customer. Get off your high horse and Just get the order right and there wouldn’t be an issue. Simple as that

Do not go to this McDonald’s
They will charge you for ice
Literally they will charge you $1 for ice when you’ve already bought something
They will also try to charge you for creamer in your coffee.
This is a busy McDonald’s and they don’t need to behave so shamefully

AVOID!
Only ordered and ate an egg mcmuffin in the morning. By 9 pm, exiting as diarrhea (can’t be anything else because that also smells like eggs, and didn’t have eggs this day or prior).

Food is generally good like any other McDonald’s.
Doesn’t have every sundae flavor – no strawberry on my visit.
And they took out the entire soda section – so no easy refills dining in.

I ordered food for pick up, got to the window and they told me they would not serve me.. I am a local overnight semi truck driver in the lady rudely told me they would not serve me like that. I’ve been working all night. I just wanted a hot meal.

They really need to fill the large fries up. An not half way. I wouldn’t be getting a two orders of large fries for them to be filled half way. But the seating areas are usually clean here and they have a nice outside seating area as long as it’s not raining because there’s no coverage if it’s raining but there’s sun covers so you don’t get sun burn sitting out there. There’s bathrooms that are normally cleaned.

Went here today and ordered a number 3, two cones, and what was supposed to be a mccrispy deluxe meal. The guy who took our order didn’t really listen to us I guess or I don’t know because when we got up to the window he asked us what our order was. We told him and I still ended up getting the regular mccrispy meal. I didn’t notice until we were too far to go back. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or a system issue but please do better.
