The atmosphere of the place was very phenomenal, but there were some things that were questionable, but I won’t go into detail about that because the only thing mysterious was a fork that was not picked up that I accidentally touched that fork making me put it back where I went to wash hands. The food was very amazing and I almost passed out because of it and what I had was the sirloin 6 ounce with asparagus and some french fries which was Bussin with some ranch that you guys had and it was very, very tasty in the end. The service was also very nice. This gentleman in the checkers vest looking outfit was very polite. He asked what we needed basically all the things to be a good service waiter so this place really stands up on those for me. I would recommend to anyone interested in a place like this to come on down to Longhorn so you can experience the place and enjoy the great flavors of steak and margaritas that I can’t drink sadly because I’m 17.

Nice place. Steak was 5/5. Lobster was a 5 on taste, just 4 ounces is smaller than you expect. Side salad had nice toppings. Upcharged corn on the cob was 3/5. Being in corn country, it wasn’t very sweet.
Old Fashioned was good but they didn’t mix it. First sip was all booze, bottom was all syrup. Mixed, it was tasty.
Service was maybe a bit too attentive. Stopped by about every 5 bites it seemed like.

It’s been 8 years since we’ve been in to eat and I tell you what, this visit made us regulars. Even though we had to sit and wait a little longer than expected cause of technical issues, still great service through the whole process. Our waitress, Makenna was AMAZING!!! She checked on us frequently and was polite and funny. She was always happy everytime she interacted with us! Highly recommend her as your waitress!

My wife and I visited this Longhorn in Council Bluffs on 8-9-2025 around 5:30pm. We were greeted as we first entered by the friendly hostess. We were asked our seating preference then escorted to our booth.
Our waiter introduced himself and took our drink order. Our bread arrived and shortly after our drinks. We ordered our food. I ordered the “9oz. Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Half-Rack Baby Back Ribs” w/a side of fries and broccoli. Our food arrived much sooner than I expected.
My chicken was cooked thoroughly and was juicy at the same time. The sauce on top was very flavorful. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The fries were golden brown, crispy in the outside, and soft inside. The fries did not need any added salt or seasoning as they were seasoned perfectly for my taste. You might ask for light salt or no salt if you are on a low/no salt diet, as they could be considered too salty by some.
The atmosphere here was much quieter than other stakehouses we have been to. (Which is what we prefer.) The lighting was a dim soft light that was just right. The seats were comfortable and everything was clean and well kept.
As for our server Blake. I can’t say enough good things about him and his service. Blake was very friendly from the start. He checked on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. My wife and I each had a refill of our drinks when our first was about 3/4 done without us even having to ask. All of this right as things were getting busy. Blake is by far the best server I’ve had while dining out, in a long time,if not, ever.

I had lunch with my grandma and family the other day. My older brother was going home that day too, so it was fitting to have LongHorn before we split ways. One of us had a soup and a salad, which looked pretty appetizing. One of us had a burger cooked well done. The rest of us had fried chicken sandwiches. All of the food was really good, cooked to how we wanted, and had some nice, large portions. Service was great too; LongHorn and their teams know how to get the job done!

We had an absolutely wonderful lunch experience at LongHorn Steakhouse and felt compelled to leave a review because this was, hands down, some of the best service we’ve received in years.
We ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, two salads, and a sweet potato with cinnamon butter and everything was outstanding. My fiancé Sean enjoyed a fantastic Old Fashioned, and I had a refreshing strawberry lemonade. We were celebrating something incredibly special which was our first ultrasound for the little one we’re expecting, and the entire afternoon felt genuinely celebratory because of the staff.
Our server, Adryan, was impeccable. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly punctual, taking our drink order within the first 1–2 minutes and ensuring everything flowed perfectly from start to finish. The food came out exactly as ordered and beautifully prepared. I honestly forgot I was pregnant for a moment because the steak was that good and I wanted to dive right in but asked if it could be bumped from medium-rare to medium for the “bun in the oven.” Adryan handled it seamlessly.
Taylor, the manager on duty, was equally exceptional. He personally brought the steak back out cooked to a perfect medium, was extremely polite, checked on us consistently without being intrusive, and handled the check promptly and professionally.
What truly set this experience apart was the kindness and thoughtfulness shown afterward. Adryan and Taylor surprised us with a dessert on the house and congratulated us on our pregnancy, which genuinely meant so much to us. It turned a great lunch into a memory we’ll always cherish.
I’ve worked in fine dining and steakhouses myself, so I know excellent service when I see it and this was exactly that. LongHorn delivered not just great food, but heartfelt hospitality.
Thank you to Adryan, Taylor, and the entire team for making such an important milestone feel so special. We will absolutely be back.

So busy before Christmas, but everything was handled smoothly. Service was great, food was good. So glad we didn’t get the big ribeye, the 12oz satisfied perfectly. Always a joy to find this steakhouse while on the road. Love going straight to the bar instead of waiting for a table.

I started eating here late 2023 for lunch (I travel for my job) before I head back to KC. I had one of the best complete meals here I have had in years! From the fresh bread to the crisp salad and steak with steak fries, I was hooked! I had never really eaten at Longhorn’s much, but the amazing food and great service has made me a repeat customer to this great establishment. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great salads and love beef or steak! Great location too!
