Just wanna start with how the service was HORRIBLE, went with my friends for some american breakfast and had to wait 40min and we understood i mean that’s how it is but after seating us they has us waiting for another 40min just to ask for our drinks which the cups were water stained and no straws…come on the store had bearly 3 tables occupied. Another family came in right after us and got their food first everything and when they left we were bearly getting ours, mind you we didn’t order the whole menu and even after waiting we got ALL of our orders wrong. Had to speak with the manager and ask for compensation because service was terrible…i guess after fixing the HUGE mistakes they made a million times it was good but do not recommend since my friends food was cold and no white toast….save ur money

The food was extremely burnt and took long to serve the food and was cold. The service was alright but some cups you could see that they were dirty and the silverware as well. There was a few workers so it was understandable but you couldn’t even eat some of the food cause of how burnt it was so we had to scrape the side that wasn’t burnt of the pancakes. But, they did take off those from our check so that was a good part of the experience, and some people were served before us but it’s alright.

This was the best dining experience I have had here. The last few times weren’t that great. Today, our server Mya was kind and friendly. She was very attentive to refilling coffee and waters. The food was excellent. We had Philly steak omelet and Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. It was perfection! Tony the shift Manager was great as well. The whole atmosphere and the way everything flowed properly to ensure a fast and successful work environment met every expectation I had. Kudos to the hard work!

This was an amazing Denny’s restaurant. The tables were pristine, the bathrooms were clean, and the decor was nicely maintained. The serving staff were amazingly, kind, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Our server, Orlana Olivas, was wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was the best quality food I have ever had at a Denny’s restaurant. The pancakes were fluffy, delicious, and a nice large size. The nachos were amazingly tasty with fresh Pico de Gallo on the side. In fact, everything we ordered was delicious. I told the serving staff and they told me the chef’s name is Josh. If I lived here I would go here to eat daily. I wish the Denny’s restaurant near where I live was half as good as this one!

Let me tell you… Denny’s has really stepped it up! Our server Nikki was so attentive. Fernando cooked the food to perfection! That was probably the best sirloin we’ve ever had anywhere. We could almost cut it with a fork. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon and fries were perfectly crisp. The burgers were great. Greg seems like a really great, hands on manager. He is constantly checking on customers and helping his staff. I am truly impressed. This was the best experience we’ve ever had at a Denny’s period!

My kids and I were on a day trip to Ruidoso we stopped in for pancakes. It was delicious,hot, and cooked to perfection. Tony greeted us w a big smile and made sure everything was to our liking everyone was very friendly and we really enjoyed our day in the mountains. I’m a regular at this Denny’s, and I truly love the food and the atmosphere here. It’s always been a place I enjoy coming back to, but lately I’ve noticed some really positive changes. The cleanliness has improved a lot, and it’s clear there’s been a strong, positive shift in management. you can feel the difference in how the restaurant is run and cared for.
Ruidoso is known for having very harsh water, which I know can be a challenge for many businesses in the area, not just this one. I’m hopeful the city can help address that eventually, because despite that challenge, this Denny’s is clearly excelling and continuing to improve.
Overall, the staff works hard, I’ve noticed a lot of new faces in here that bring a lot of positive energy in. The food is consistently good, and it’s great to see the progress being made. I’m happy to be a regular here and highly recommend it to both locals and visitors. I’d have to say the best servers I’ve seen there are Maya and Steven. The new server Rae and Kathy are doing great. They really try to make you feel like family there. I have seen them open the door and help a gentleman in the restaurant almost daily. He always sits by himself but the staff always comes up and talks with him make sure that he’s getting to his car okay in assisting him with what he needs. That in my eyes speaks volumes for the employees and leadership here. They’re going out of their way to make sure an older gentleman is taken care of and not alone while

It’s hard to find a spot open late at night in Ruidoso, NM. Fortunately, the Denny’s is 24 hours. Upon entering I was promptly greeted and seated, by the Graveyard Manager Mr. Tony. One of the servers Mr. Levi, ensured I had my drink and my order in the cooks hand right away. The man behind the counter, preparing the meal, Mr. Josh had everything ready exactly how I had asked. I had a pleasant experience start to finish. Thank you to the Graveyard crew at Denny’s for being open late, for hungry guys like me.
