Pretty good food overall—definitely met my expectations. The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken omelette, which came with hash browns, onion rings, Beyond Burger patties, scrambled eggs, a bowl of fresh fruit, and a blue raspberry refresher drink. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, but the meal ended up costing around $50, which felt a bit pricey for what you get. While the quality is decent, I think making a similar meal at home might be more satisfying and cost-effective. That said, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a convenient and tasty brunch.

The service was excellent, the manager and waiter took great care of me. They were quick, professional and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and the seating was nice and well laid out.
I redeemed some pan coins to get a short stack sadly though my pancakes were undercooked great color on the outside, but a little bit raw in the middle
Might try them again, n ask to get a pancake a little well done. I bet itd turn out ok!

This is my 2nd visit to this location & the first time I sat down. The service that I received to day was lack luster. No attentiveness, unpleasant demeanor, no smile, just not what I would expect. The restaurant was not busy and to receive service like this was disheartening. I still left over a 20% tip based off of my bill.

Stopped in to this location today because my kids were craving pancakes. We had Alin as our waitress and she was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, she kindly greeted us and took our order. She was the only waitress working at that time and she was patient and kind. Our food and drinks came quickly and we were satisfied. I would come back just to sit in Alin’s booth. She was pleasant to every customer that she was taking care of.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful during our visit to IHOP today. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile—it instantly made us feel welcome. She is authentically sweet, caring, and attentive, and truly felt like one of my little sisters.
What stood out most was her attentiveness. She checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were refilled, and came back several times after the food arrived to see if we needed anything. That level of care is rare, especially since many servers take your order and don’t return until the food is ready—but Kayla was consistently present and thoughtful.
On a cold, chilly day, her warmth made a real difference. We truly enjoyed having her host us, and I’m very grateful for her kindness and excellent service. She is the kind of employee that management should absolutely recognize and use as an example of what great service looks like.

My food was perfect, for the first time in a long time!! Kudos to the cooks!! Also our waitress Kayla was phenomenal, she was very attentive and when I asked for extra butter, she didn’t hesitate and brought the butter immediately, so it would still melt on my hot pancakes. I love IHOP and it’s this type of service that keeps me coming back.

This IHOP consistently gives us such great service. It’s always cutely decorated for each season. The servers are always friendly and prompt. Kayla in particular gave us great service this last time. Food is always hot and delicious plus it usually comes out very quickly too.
