We were visiting from out of town for vacation and chose Buffalo Wild Wings as a family treat. However, the following issues occurred during our meal:
-The food was served cold, including the chicken wings.
-The chicken strips, as pictured) were extremely dry, and my daughter was unable to eat them.
-Items we ordered arrived at random times, instead of together, and our server repeatedly forgot items.
-The chicken sandwich was messy, and it upset my daughter’s stomach.
-My specialty drink was served last, after we had finished eating and were preparing to leave.
-The server she nice but very inattentive to our needs—we had to request napkins and drink refills ourselves.
We are typically a family who enjoys our meals, eats everything, and often takes leftovers home, but this was not the case here. We considered asking for a manager, but our server was difficult to flag down. Out of habit, I still left a tip, but this was not reflective of the service we received. Contacted customer service and haven’t heard back yet.

I was Celebrating my BirthDay and I decided to get my Rewards Offer. There was a small issue and Roma was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She handled it in such a Kind and Professional manner. I look forward to returning.

My husband and I walked in the restaurant about 11:03 pm. We wanted to get food to go, but eat there. We was told if we dine in, we would have to leave a tip, which should have not been and if we stayed, we have to sit at a high table. Go to that area and was told it was closed by the waitress, so we got no service, ask for 2 cups of ice, the man didn’t give us ice because the area was closed..he said ..ask cashier for ice. Both restrooms were out of order. Doors not locked, no service in dining area. Did not get an itemized receipt, just a receipt for what food was ordered. Went back brought two bottled drinks..no receipt. The food was okay. Service …I give a zero..If your restaurant is open for people to get to go orders…your dining area should be remain open for customers. No one came out to see if everything was okay, my husband had asked for the ice cream that came with the cake before we left. He left a tip as if we had been served. I will not go to this location again…No hospitality…

Workers are ALWAYS RUDE! They have no customer service skills at all. Tables were dirty. Every restaurant in the area has great service except for BWW. Reading other complaints I can see this is a constant problem & has yet to be addressed. Hire people that actually care instead of the incompetent people there currently.

The worst wings ive ever had. They tasted like they were re-fried from the night before and over-fried at that. There wasnt a single piece of meat on any of the bones–it was all charred skin that I couldnt even chew. The lemon pepper wings had the smallest dusting of seasoning. Additionally, I ordered 10 wings and received half a small container of ranch dressing– literally only enough for one wing. Sad to say the celery was the best part of the meal. I will not be coming here nor would I recommend to anyone.

$43 for 20 boneless wings, sweet tea and fried pickles. These prices are insane. I was basically the only person in the place at 2:30-3:00 and it took about 25 minutes to get my food and was only checked on once. Also if the staff is reading this, when someone orders an appetizer they want it before the rest of the meal. It’s not a side dish.

So I come here all the time to watch NFL Games. Love the atmosphere, bartender I have is incredible.
However, they have stopped making the wings correctly.
But most of all, they have too many gnats at the bar. I don’t want to keep swatting away gnats from my food and drink while watching the game.

My food was good and hot but it took sometime for me to get. I guess the kitchen was backed up. Anyways, the manager made sure i was taking care of so i appreciate that. I placed an online order of 10 teriyaki wings.
4-24-25 – I placed an online order at Buffalo Wild Wings and got the BOGO deal—went with teriyaki and BBQ Ranch boneless wings. The food was hot and tasted great! Only critique: the sauce coverage was a little inconsistent. Some wings were nicely coated while others felt kind of dry. I’m someone who likes my wings drenched in sauce, so next time I’d love a more even (and heavier) coating. Still a solid experience overall.

A regular customer let my wife and I know we could seat ourselves in the bar area.
We didn’t want that, but its all we could get.
Food took forever. My wife’s burger was great. She had the chili hash burger.
My burger was horrible. It was burnt, I couldn’t finish it.
The fries were cold and stale when they got to us.

Been coming to bww for sixteen years. This was the worst experience ever. The wings were half the size but yet the same price. The wings were dry and had no flavor. BWW has fallen way off and needs to close. To many other options out here.
