I accidentally ordered at the wrong location. (MYFault) 37mins away. I ordered 2 orders of the a 6 taco box, a double grilled chicken supreme sandwhich combo-up graded the fries and drink to a large. 2nd seperate order, a protein bowl, & a 6 taco box. 1st, the fries were filled as possibly a small order. I didn’t get 2 pieces of chicken on my burger, only 1, the tacos were so greasy that the bag busted at the bottom. They didn’t come in the box as shown in the picture, when ordering, or even to seperate the 2 seperate orders i ordered and paid separately. They put all 12 all in a bag. The protein bowl was more veggies than meat and way to small for the pricing. Just an awful experience. When I got there to pick it up. I told them I placed a mobile order, pulled around. They hand me my food. But she was so busy talking to whoever coworker, that I had to ask 3 times for extra hot sauce. Very short like I interrupted her day. Just not very friendly. Or customer bound. For some reason I have no option to add pictures. But I have them!!

This team is amazing. My mom just had spinal surgery and felt terrible. All she wanted was a chocolate shake. The young man in purple was phenomenal. He was kind, patient, and provided outstanding customer service. He took time to make sure she was settled and made sure to bring her food to the table when ready. The whole team was busy, but they handled the rush with teamwork and positivity. Thanks for a great experience. You’ll be our go to lunch spot when we are in town!

Really great food and staff, i don’t live anywhere near a jack in the box but have always wanted to try it, so when i finally got to visit an area that was near one, i was afraid it wouldn’t have lived up to the expectations i had set for it, but it was really dang good for the price! The food was better than comparable places in a similar price point (the tacos, spicy chicken sandwich, and ultimate cheeseburger). I can’t imagine how insane the food must be when you’re drunk lol. All the sauces they have are great too, can’t wait to go again!

Service was really very professional and fast. I’m used to fast food places lacking good service. This place was a pleasant surprise. The area it sits in has a ton of homeless nearby which concerned me when we arrived but it didn’t hinder the experience. The food was great. I had the fried chicken wraps and they were perfect. This is only my second time eating at Jack in the box and I really think I’ve found new favorite fast food establishment. Being over 60 I’m a little surprised it has taken me this long to replace McDonald’s.

They lost my business today and possibly forever. I went through the drive thru and the guy taking my order was completely rude for absolutely no reason! I didn’t need to see his body language to hear the rudeness in his voice. He was so rude, I stopped ordering and drove around and parked to go inside to speak to the manager! I am typically not the type to do something like this, but the way he was acting was completely uncalled for, for literally no reason at all. I doubt he will be held accountable for his actions, seems customer service does not exist here, what a shame … Went down the street to Burger King and had a completely pleasant experience. Unfortunately Jack in the box acts like there are not other businesses nearby. My advice would be to take your hard-earned money somewhere else!

I placed a pick up order of 2 12 packs of tacos as my grandkids were going to have their friends over and they were excited to have tacos. I got to drive thru and female asked other male employee if all 24 tacos were there. He said yes, you don’t need to count them. Well we get home with a house full of kids and there were only 16 tacos. I called to let them know so I could return and male who answered just chuckled and hung up on me. Leaving some kids without tacos. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTING. Can’t believe they wouldn’t own up to it and make things right. Point was that some kids didn’t eat.

I have been to this location several times on my way to work in the morning (around 5am) and they have not been open. There are employees there though because when you pull up to the drive thru speaker they tell you that they’re currently not taking any orders. For a business that is staffed and claims to be open 24 hours, they definitely aren’t.

The girl at the drive-through had a major attitude – a large, Hispanic girl. I was trying to get help with the app. Didn’t realize that I needed to do something before I went to the window. I even apologized and she still snapped back with a rude attitude. I just don’t understand why it’s necessary to be that way when someone’s already said hey, I’m sorry I didn’t understand. Won’t ever go to this location again

This just happened this morning at about 6:30 a.m. on 10 10 25 The Jack in The box on 240 and South May The lady in drive-thru was very rude and disrespectful scanned my card refused to give me a receipt and then didn’t give me my food she claims that a refund was issued but I don’t trust her I guess she got upset with me because she tried to charge me for extra sauce for my chicken strips and when I said well that’s stupid that’s when she got rude and close the window on me without a refund or my food she stole for me when I asked for corporates number she refused to give it and refused to give me her name if anyone on here knows corporates number please let me know I tried going to the website and when I click on contact us it shows an error code with no way to contact anyone… I usually stop here in the mornings and the service is Good but there was a different girl this morning than normal I don’t know why she was so upset or why she had to take it out on her customers
