LOCAL GUIDE LG
This was my second visit to this establishment, and as a pasta enthusiast, I truly enjoy their offerings—so much so that I could happily eat here all day.
The waitress, Matt, was very professional—polite and thorough in sharing menu details, demonstrating great respect.
–manager recognize his efforts, speaks well of the team. —
The food was excellent—delicious and well-prepared.
One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the utensils; I noticed some forks were not properly cleaned initially. (I suggest that the staff double-check dishes before serving to ensure all utensils are sanitized. ) Fortunately, I was provided with a clean fork promptly.
Additionally, the restrooms could benefit from more regular cleaning and maintenance. It would be helpful if management paid closer attention to this area.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Plenty of parking. Able to get a seat quickly. The bread and salad were okay. I had the Cesar. The chicken Marcela was well cooked and had a good flavor. The mushrooms were okay. I ordered a side of grilled vegetables and they were great. Our server was excellent.

The lobster ravioli was really good! My friend got wine and it had the cutest tiny charcuterie board on top! The rosemary lemon drop was also nice.

After many years, this place is still one of my favorites. Matt attended to us very professionally and friendly; he recommended some good dishes. The drinks were awesome. The only flaw is the restrooms; they are so dirty.

Very disappointed. One highlight was our server was friendly and kind. The first sign of trouble was when my white wine was dropped off. The glass stem was sticky and there were red wine drops on the foot of the glass. Disappointed that our server didn’t notice that my wine was poured into a previously used glass. The bread and dipping oil was great. When our meals came, the serving size was generous and looked promising. I ordered the chicken piccata with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was cooked well but the piccata sauce had a gelatinous look and taste to it. The broccoli was so strange. Overcooked but it had a distinct fishy taste to it. The mashed potatoes were clearly deposited from a scoop onto the plate and looked and tasted like what you’d get in a cafeteria. I left most of the food on the plate. My husband ordered the salmon, which he found okay, along with the perfectly shaped domes of mashed potatoes as his side. The presentation gave insight into how busy the kitchen was and or just the overall lack of care for the dining experience. Presentation was not a priority. I’m sorry that I didn’t take any pictures. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was so beyond what was expected based on the popularity of the restaurant. Our meal for two people before tip cost $94. Hopefully it was just an off night for the bar (wine debacle) and kitchen. That said, we can’t justify or trust going back after this experience.

As you’d expect with Carrabba’s we had a nice experience.
One of us had the trio with lasagna, chicken parmesan, and alfredo. The lasagna was very good – warmed thoroughly and one of the best lasagnas we’ve had anywhere (the only one better was in Italy!). The chicken parm wasn’t very good – the chicken was too thick for the dish and dry. Alfredo was a good, standard alfredo.
I had the rigatoni martino – I get it every time and am never disappointed. The tomato cream sauce is very good and the sun dried tomatoes bring a nice brightness.
Our server was good too.

If you look at my other reviews, you will see that I rarely give a bad one, and honestly, I hate to leave this one. We hadn’t eaten there in over a year, and decided upon eating there yesterday. Last time I had been there, I remembered our food being GREAT! Yesterday, however, was so disappointing. I ordered the chicken piccata with fettuccine Alfredo as the side. For almost $30 it tasted like a frozen lean cuisine meal. I ate 3 bites of my chicken and a few more of my pasta, and I just couldn’t eat any more of it. We asked for more bread (the bread is great!)…but sadly, after asking 3 times, and then being brought the check and a box for my barely touched meal, I gave up. Not a single offer of a refill, the entire visit. We came at 3:30, so it wasn’t very busy….not sure what has happened.

Myself, my son and my friends many times come to Carrabba‘s and we die here each week multiple times and we always have excellent service from EricaLynn who is a A bartender. We often eat here at lunchtime and come in for happy hour with a group of people each week. You’ve always enjoyed her service as well as the other bartender Kyra that takes great care of us. Highly Recommend for lunch getting the Italian salad with salmon and scallops as your choice of meat for that particular salad always good.

It was OKAY! Was it worth the price not at all. My chicken marsala was made with canned mushrooms and the flavor wasn’t there. The portions were tiny for the kids meals. Our server was great but they didn’t want to keep giving you the free bread. The bathrooms were gross!! This location felt like they were trying to be fancy then you walk into the dirty run down bathroom.
