This young man helped us with everything we needed & helped everyone with a smile! Was short 20 cents off my meal and he handed me a $20 bill out of his own pocket and told me Happy Birthday. Weirdly enough, my birthday is two days away… I told him that and he said “I know, God sent me. Jesus says hello… see you on the other side”. What an absolute ANGEL!
…I came in the next day to repay this man, showed the lady this picture I took of him, and the manger said: “that man has never worked here and I’ve never seen him in my life”. So Im 100% sure I’ve just encountered God at this Taco Bell location. Will definitely be back to dish out more money at this TacoBell location so I can keep receiving the blessings of God!

Went in for lunch today! Seen this guy idk if employee or non employee, but seeing this in front lobby isn’t customer friendly nor family friendly, I kinda lost my appetite before eating. Also idk if the lady is prejudice but three other white men ordered after me and had bigger orders than me. I had 2 small items. They all got their food first and the lady said thank you enjoy your meal to all of them. But I got my order last and I said thank you for the food! She completely ignored me and went back to the back. Maybe she didn’t hear me but just seems a little off.

This place has improved so much since my last visit. I didnt think I was gonna go back but since they are close to my house and I was tired of going out of my way I gave them another chance and I’m glad I did. Keep up the good work.

This was a tough one. For being 11PM, the location I was in, service was amazing. She was nice, helpful, and kind. Line moved at an acceptable speed. Food tasted great, too. #13 Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Meal. Came with chips and nacho cheese, sour cream, guacamole, two packets of avocado Verde salsa, hard shell taco, and chicken Quesadilla with a DT Pepsi.
The hard shell taco was stuffed nicely with all the goods, and the flavors were spot on. The issue came with the Quesadilla. Sadly it wasn’t cut at all so it was one large piece. I could see outline as if something applied light pressure to cut it but that never actually happened. The bigger issue is the Quesadilla was absolutely stuck to the wrapper. As I peeled it off the paper it tore and stuck and shredded (watch video). I was still able to eat a good portion and the flavors were amazing .

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service I have ever came across. The blonde older lady taking our order was really rude and I could hear her cursing over the intercoms just because we asked for a moment to browse the menu. She also was rushing us to order and giving her Own opinion to why we should order something else.

Ordered a Caliente Cantine Chicken Bowl with a lot of modifications, but forgot to add an extra modification to take off the guacamole. Asked staff for a new one and they remade it no problem, but didn’t add enough chicken. Asked for more chicken and they added so much!! I appreciate the help, amazing staff and amazing chicken!! Puts up with difficult customers like me haha

A worker named monasha had an attitude the whole time and it made my experience terrible. All I asked was if they had a bathroom key, and she was talking to me like I was stupid. I do not appreciate that, you guys need to check her and make sure her customer service is up to par before someone harms her. She cannot have that attitude considering what street is on and the side of town. She may find out the hard way. Please help her understand that she needs to act right.
