We never have a bad meal here. The chocolate chip pancakes are great every time. We really enjoyed our service the last visit too. I don’t recall the person’s name but they shared with us they use to be a cook there before they started serving. They took great care of us and they were very kind. Overall we basically never have any complaints and we always receive top notch service here each visit.

I forgot to post this about the time it happened, but I just remembered and I want to post this anyways!
Around the end of November, me and my Boyfriend went in to have some pancakes.
It was incredibly loud, and we could barely hear each other in the corner booth we were put at. It was so loud in fact, that the waitress had a hard time hearing us too.
About 20 minutes into our drinks, I saw something crawling behind my boyfriend’s head. Immediately, I killed it. When I looked at the napkin, it was a cockroach!
I looked around more and realized they were crawling all over the place.
Needless to say we won’t be back

Food was o.k. , what’s expected from an IHop, but the service was great. The Hispanic gentleman greeted us wonderfully when we arrived. He was very kind. Our waitress ‘Lori’ was out of this world nice and attentive. She was our waitress a year ago when we stopped by. She was a jewel then and hasn’t changed.

i used to go to ihop constantly with my family, over the years we stopped. on tuesday we went early after an all nighter. i don’t remember her name but there was a wonderful waitress with piercings. she apologized for the wait since she was on the phone with her child. i’m not a talker so we didn’t speak much, but she made my visit feel worth it! she was very kind and the food was quick + amazing! i was shocked to still enjoy it after all this time and a new location. i was glad the food was still the same just better. i’m really not one to leave reviews, but i felt the need to since my waitress put a smile on my face.

Love ordering here. Lots of food for a good price. This weekend i did the same but the quality of food was not as usual. The omelets were much smaller, still a good size but not as I have consistently received them in the past. The steak in the big steak omelet was overcooked and as I was chewing I felt something hard. I found multiple pieces of plastic, almost looks like a cooking utensils broke off and got inside my omelet. Needless to say, that was the end of my meal.

uhh i just came to eat here with my family and we probably will not eat here again until the world is ending because of the atmosphere mostly, the lady in the red shirt who is a older woman was very rude and had a bad attitude and tone that wasn’t cool.. keven i think that was his name was super nice. great service with him. but 7.99 for a drink???? what! well here is some pics for you. the bacon was awful and same with sausage. breakfast burrito was pretty good. Needed some salt. but other than that won’t be here. it’s loud, dirty, cold, and well just don’t come here unless ur going to die if you don’t eat.

The employees were very friendly and the server was quick to take our drink order. They did not forget my lemon!!! Yay. We ordered and the food was served hot and fast. Everything tasted good. My eggs and bacon were delicious. The staff were all smiling. This was nice to see because most dining places have the rudest people lately. Usually Ihop is really good food, service, prices overall but yesterday Christmas Eve I got to this restaurant around 2:10pm, it wasn’t busy at all and yet it took 20 minutes for my glass of water and another 20 minutes for my food which was cold and my bacon was burnt and I didn’t get regular maple syrup for my pancakes, the strawberry was already on the table. I told my waiter, he just chuckled and walked off. I waited till 3pm for him to return before I walked out the door! I think he waited until all orders on his side were done before he started bringing them out to the whole 2 tables with guest orders that he had.

What upset me is this location does not honor IHOP offers that are on line and advertised. The $6 value was not honored. The waitress said okay but my bill did not reflect the offer. I confronted the GM and he said the owner/franchisee chooses not to honor the offer. I showed him that the offer is on the IHOP website for the location. Seems like a scam and to me. Make sure you check your receipt and know what you are paying for. My receipt did not have an itemized breakdown.
