Ordered through the app, and paid within 5 minutes. I then proceeded to wait in the pull ahead lane for 25 minutes. In fact, I’m still waiting.
I’ve watched the car in front of me get their food, as well as 3 cars behind me, while they’re having almost everyone from the drive through line park at their 5 curbside lines.
I just got my food and and the very least, my order was right and the food was hot. That’s why they’re not getting a 1 star.
Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Food was hot, but I wouldn’t say fresh. Burgers were very well, but greasy done. Fries were soggy. Filthy place. Trash in the parking lot, trash cans completely full of trash and flies around the trash and fountain drinks. The whole area was FILTHY! Staff was working on drive thru, but no managers were cleaning up the mess. I have no idea if any were even present. Kitchen floor was also filthy.

Very rude staff!!! I ordered from the drive through window asked the guy who handed me my order if he put the ranch dressing for the chicken nuggets in the bag he says yes and walked away. Well I checked the bag and NO ranch cups A thin woman dark complexion hair pulled back came to the window I asked her to please give me the ranch cups that weren’t in the bag she grabs a couple almost throws them at me and says These were NOT requested when you placed your order! Bs was right on my receipt!! Will never go to this McDonalds again so rude!!

I am so upset about the experience I just had. I have never had a good experience at this place to be fair but it was especially bad today. After paying almost $20 for mine and my kids food, we were told to pull up. As we sat there waiting we saw person after person getting their food, and I said okay- no worries we must have something that they were completely out of. 40 minutes later!!! I had to go inside, my food wasn’t even in the que to be made. So I requested a refund. The manager then issued me half my money back and then disappeared into the back. I could not stay to try to get her attention as my teenager and 4 year old were in the car and my four year old was screaming because he was past the point of having patience. So now I’m out half my money, with no lunch to feed my kids. And dealing with a very upset 4 year old we just wanted some damn fries. Cool. Thank you for another horrible experience we will now be going out of our way to go somewhere else when we need a quick bite. This place just needs to be shut down.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Rude staff 30 min wait when not busy and orders wrong every time. Workers there suck. Worst place ever. Absolutely horrible.

I keep trying with this McDonalds since I’ve moved to the area. I think it keeps getting worse. Today I got a meal that came with a sauce. Normally the workers forget to put the sauce in, I don’t mind, I just check the bag and ask if it’s not there. I told the worker at the front window that there wasn’t any ranch in the bag. We went back and forth, so I handed her the bag back. The manager, who was a little ways back started talking crazy and said that I must have took the hot mustard and ketchup out of the bag, and she wouldn’t give me any sauce unless I gave her back the stolen stuff. Lol. I just told the lady working the window that I just ordered ranch, I didn’t take anything, and what I ordered was on the receipt so they can look. The manager started yelling at the employees saying stuff like “I told you don’t move anything”!
All I wanted was a ranch cup for my nugs and I got accused of stealing I got the sauce and said thank you, then drove away.
Btw, I worked at another McDonald’s for years and we never had any issues with wait times, our managers being rude to customers, etc. Idk what’s going on in there but it’s not working.

Lady who took order at drive thru was impatient & rude. Your sole job is to take orders over a speaker, if this perturbs you that much, just stay home. Was asked to pull forward with no one behind me. Asked for hot mustard got two different sauces, neither hot mustard. When I called them out, they said “We out”.
Incompetence at its finest. Burger & nuggets were cold, half the small fries were missing. Just a reminder to myself to go to another McDonalds. Drive thru window was as filthy as drive thru ladies attitude.

This place got no better with new management. I had a mobile order And I gave them plenty of time to prepare it before I showed up. When I showed up and went inside, I heard the man yelling “I have four sausage McMuffins And hotcakes up!” Which is exactly what I ordered so originally I was like OK cool they’re about to give me my order. But I was wrong. I sat there and waited and waited and waited probabaly 10-12 minutes. They prioritized the drive-through and ignored the people inside waiting. By the time they acknowledged my order, my food was cold and nasty. I should learn to never expect anything less from this location. But hey, I’ll give them props for having my order correct for once ever.
