The food was good. Wait time took about 15 mins as It was a busy Sunday. The only thing I didn’t like was the service, I ordered 2 bottomless mimosas and waited a substantial amount of time for a refill every time I finished. Feels like I didn’t get my moneys worth when it came to that. The server also kept spilling my drink as she poured. Overall I had a nice time. With more experience when it comes to the server side of things, I’m sure this place will thrive.

The new spot for the famous Home of Chicken and Waffles is smaller, but also boasts a full liquor license and the same incredible food as always.
Everyone here is kind and thoughtful, the service is top notch (warm towels at the end??? Amazing), and the food is phenomenal. Always always worth the wait.

I was craving soul food and this restaurant did not miss!! The chicken was crispy and seasoned. The waffle was absolutely delicious and had the perfect texture, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! The sides (cornbread, greens and mac and cheese) also were also delicious! Our waitress was so sweet and the owner was very kind as well! The RnB Music definitely set the vibe. I love that this was a restaurant with a place to dine in and not just take out. We will definitely be back soon!

Excellent customer service, especially our host. The food was really tasty; I wasn’t expecting such wonderful flavors. The potatoes, with gravy and the fried catfish were my favorite. They kept the mimosas coming and provided great timely service. Definitely returning! Thank you

On a girls trip before heading to Napa Valley we decided to have brunch at this location.
The food was delicious, crispy fried chicken and fluffy waffles, friendly staff, and soul food offerings like the mac & cheese. My girlfriend said the Mac and cheese was okay but everything was good.
I’m giving this location a 1 star.
Areas of improvement would be to let your customers know that thieves will break into your car. Instead of saying after our items were stolen “they do that ALL the time. “

Came in around 630 pm on a Thursday . The owner greeted and seated us quickly ! Service was on point as well as the drinks. The bartender that they have there was very personable and provided great service ! Food came out quick and was Magnificent ! Their macaroni was Great and was a relief as i have not been able to find good macaroni in the Bay . The chicken was also fried to perfection ! The new locations vibe is immaculate ! Overall 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!
