Not the best place to go to, if you are handicapped and in a wheelchair. This place was packed on Saturday night 2/21/26, it was pretty cold out and we were seated directly in front of the kitchen area. We were offered a table on the side by who we think was the hostess but couldn’t tell due to her jeans and sweater attire. My husband’s daughter declined as we were seated and had prepared to eat dinner, however, this would have been a thoughtful offer prior to being seated as my husband is a quadriplegic. The draft coming from the main entrance was a lot and we never should have been sat in a direct path with it, as a quadriplegic or anyone handicapped is usually sensitive to the elements, and is why they usually have a blanket. Our waitress was sweet and informative but seemed too busy to give us a positive waiting experience, we had to wait for her attention longer than usual and I had to ask a different waitress for a spoon, which should have been already included with the dining utensils but perhaps this establishment was so busy they didn’t have enough at the time, I realize that this happens sometimes and It was super crowded. The meal came quickly considering the crowd, not sure what magic they do in the kitchen or what corners were cut, for 20.00 my husband got a beautiful piece of haddock on a bed of sautéed mushrooms with a lemon and a cup of butter. They should have added an additional starch because..fish and mushrooms only? But my husband couldn’t eat the orzo that was included since it had cheese. No biggie, he liked it very much but was still hungry after eating. I had a Cesar salad with chicken. Chicken was dry and my salad came on a plate with the dressing already loaded into it. I couldn’t eat it because it felt like they just piled other people’s unfinished salad onto my plate and threw chicken and cheese over it. They did not provide me with my own dressing and I found that very distasteful for an establishment of this nature. My husband’s family had burgers and his daughter asked for medium and she got medium rare. She still decided to go for a dessert for about another 20.00 and she got two strawberries two scoops of ice cream on an over baked pastry shell with whipped cream placed strategically on a dessert plate. All in all, a disappointment, we have several different places to make our review, including a site for the handicapped community so It’s really a shame that there weren’t better things to mention regarding this experience but I have had better service at Applebees and that’s just being honest. Sometimes it is the experience that makes it worth the money not just the food.

Great tasting, well portioned food. The staff was able to accommodate my husband’s dietary needs (allergies). As most sports bars are, it’s very loud and difficult to hear the server, and vice versa. It’s great that it’s warm now to use both the indoor and outdoor seating. Two knocks I will give are 1. The bathroom is way too small for the number of women that frequent this restaurant, and 2. Not sure how the “CopperClub” membership is supposed to work but I’ve been to Copperhead at least 4 times with no points accrued for a discount today on my birthday. Lame. All that aside, dinner was very good.

Entrées – 8oz Teriyaki salmon and Strawberry chicken salad
Will we come back? I think I actually like the Copperhead Grille in Allentown a little better; a bit quieter.

It’s been awhile since we’ve even here and it’s the same. Seated right away. Menu is good along with the prices. When we got our drinks and food, it didn’t match what I wanted it to be. The Stella on tap was absolutely horrible. It was flat and tasted so old, the dirty martini was fine. The grilled shrimp Caesar salad fine but nothing spectacular. My husband cheese burger was good. He said it was very moist and flavorful. Overall it was nice but probably wouldn’t be back for a while.

Great draft beer selection. Loved that there were ciders and a sour on as well. Had a Cobb salad that was beautiful and tasted great too. The portion size was good, no one left hungry. Our waitress was great, friendly and the order came out perfect.

After a local restaurant was closed, we decided to give the Copperhead a try. Our first time here. It was a Saturday night and we were seated right away. I immediately noticed a smell inside upon entering.
We chose to eat outside. It was beautiful weather out and the atmosphere inside seemed dismal.
Plenty of tvs around to watch the games, including one in the men’s room.
We ordered some of there famous wings to try and they were very good. Not overly spicy and were very meaty and crispy on the outside.
For entrees I ordered the Maryland Crab Cakes w/ slaw and a loaded baked potato. The crab cakes were good and full of meat not filler. The potato was tasty along with the slaw.
My wife ordered a Full Rack of Ribs w/ salad and fries. The ribs were a disappointment. They were just ok as they were baked and overly coated in BBQ sauce. We were expecting ribs with that good smoky flavor which they didn’t have.
The portion size was good on everything we ordered.
Overall our server was attentive and the prices were OK. The noise level became quite high and where we were seated made us feel like we were eating with someone else. There was a tiny divider, that was table height, between us and and another couple.
We probably won’t be going back anytime soon since it didn’t really wow us. Glad we tried it though.

My wife and I were able to get out for a date night and we chose this place because we heard how good it was. We were not disappointed. Our serve was pleasant and friendly. The food was amazing. The place was a little bit louder than what we liked but it was a busy night. We will be returning sometime.
