I have nothing but praise for this restaurant. We visited during the holidays and had a wonderful time. Although the wait time for the food was quite long—almost 45 minutes—everything else more than made up for it.
The cocktails were a standout, with creative and unique mixes that you won’t find just anywhere. The appetizer bread was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
Despite the delay in service, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re not in a rush and want to enjoy some truly special drinks and dishes.

Always a good experience. This place always “delivers” great food and service. Ambiance was a good feeling… Tuesday night and they had love music.. solo guitarist singing in the back ground.. amazing feeling and the Mill building architecture setting was great.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy the atmosphere when coming here. Old textile equipment hangs from the high walls and ceilings, displaying the history of Manchester’s industrial past. I always love sitting upstairs by the bar and listening to the live music while eating here.
The food is consistently excellent here. Giant selection of dishes here with great veal in particular. Calamari is also one of the best in town, never rubbery and well seasoned breading. Tried a ravioli chicken special and the giant slab of Lasagna is always classic. Great meal

We went during the week for lunch. It was quiet and not many people The parking was almost full, but we’re able to find some spots. Food was served quick and the waiter was really nice. We ordered baked fish and carpaccio. Everything was tasty. We enjoyed our lunch and will be coming back again.

We’ve been to Fratello’s quite a bit, and each experience never disappoints. From the warm and welcoming atmosphere, kind, caring, and attentive service, to the food quality, tasty dishes, and drinks with great presentation, and the food portions are larger, family-style, and you can’t beat the value. The building architecture and interior are rustic and traditional, the upstairs area has nice dim-lit atmosphere. I could see a clear view from the window by our small dark wooden table for two. The candle added a romantic touch. The food was served hot and the room was kept cool. Our server was friendly and attentive. When we had left overs our server even boxed it for us. Couldn’t ask for more.

Wow!!! The food at Fratello’s was amazing. There was not a bad bite of food on the table. We ordered the mussels, escargot, and arancini for appetizers for the family. They were all great and decent portion sizes. I ordered the tagliatelle Bolognese; the flavor was spot on. The meatballs were some of the best that I have had out. My wife and daughter had the chicken parmesan. It was tasty. The fettuccine Alfredo had great flavor (I find that most alfredo is pretty flavorless out to eat). The server was very attentive and personable. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. The food, of course, was a little pricier, but the quality of it and the amount of food was well worth it. If you get a chance, definitely try it. You won’t be sorry.
