If I could get a 0 star I would. Hands down WORST service ever. The night crew working Friday January 2nd. All need to be fired or retrained. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Was ignored completely by the young mouthy girls working. The young boys cooking should really not have that job. Then when I asked for the manager the girl yelled for the manager from up front and said ” Michelle, you’re wanted up front! You’re probably going to cry!” I was SHOCKED! I’m a very kind person. But the lack of respect from these workers was unreal!!! So the manager comes up and I tell her I’m not here to yell at her. I said her team was going to end up getting HER in trouble. She was very sweet and apologized for their behavior. She said she was the oldest one there and she is only 19! I told her I would pray for her because she was stressed out! I told her things will get better and she will find a better job one day! And to keep her head up. But for real. Don’t eat here! Upper management really need to hire new people that really need a job. And don’t hire mouthy kids that could care less. Look at your rating on here for God sake! It’s awful!
Michelle if you read this! Girl I’m praying for you! And you need a raise!

I haven’t been inside a McDonald’s in years . This place is clean. They had my meal out within 5 minutes hot and fresh and even an employee helped me figure out the kiosk . Gosh darn Futurama type tech !

They didn’t answer the drive through. Sat there for a good 5 minutes with snow blowing off the roof from another building in my windows. I pulled around and tried apologize and tell the lady why I didn’t order at the speaker. She cute me of and said they were busy….. they weren’t. There was one cat ahead of us in the drive through. They had ordered long before I got there and there were 4 cars in the parking lot. Told her I had a mobile order she slammed the window. Came back with my order shoved it out the window and said here and shut the window.

It can be hit or miss… I feel like daytime – lunch is always great, I get everything I ask for and my order is usually correct, hey mistakes happen right!?
It is frustrating to drive 30 minutes one way, forget to check for sauce, then get 30 minutes all the way back home before realizing my son had no ranch for his nuggies, and of course I’m out at home. I only have this problem in the early afternoon and later on in the day. I had to show them my bags had no sauce once just for them to give me sauce because they insisted it was in there.

Order was not correct.
Kiosk did not print out receipt – had to get one from the folks running the operation and it was not easy.
No trash can in the bathroom.
Ice tea time stamps were all expired by about 1.5 hours.
Several tables needed to be cleaned in the dining area.
Was not happy with my experience.

Day time people are alright but the evening/night crew are awful. You’ll be consistently waiting 30+ minutes for your food, the food will never be right they WILL mess up even a $5 meal deal order. A month ago a worker there, an older lady probably about 40 just straight up added a mcdouble to our order. THATS A $5 SANDWICH, just because we came during your operating hours doesn’t give you the right to order yourself food on someone else’s dime. When we asked for the receipt she even said that we only would get a receipt after we payed and then when we got out food, BAM, conveniently no receipt that we ASKED FOR SPECIFICALLY. We decided to get Mcdonald’s French fries(4 large fries). We did curbside, waited like 30 minutes, on the app it kelt saying that they will bring it to us,( but never did). So decided to go to the drive through. She told us the lobby was closed( then why say on the app they were on there way then?) But ended up waiting more, cause one of there somewhat young female employee with long blackish hair, just chatted with the car in front of us.

My recent experience at McDonald’s was disappointing. The staff was friendly, despite being understaffed. However, the overall cleanliness inside was poor, with overflowing trash. The food arrived late, looked unappetizing, and was inedible. This was a rare letdown from an otherwise renowned fast-food chain.

Terrible service!! So slow!!! I would not suggest this place to eat. Took 20 mins to get a sweet tea to go. If you order online early the food will be cold when you get it. Seem to always forget something in my order when going thru drive-thru. 1 of 2 ice machines is oit of order for months now.

This place needs new management. The place was outrageously filthy and the staff didn’t care to do their jobs or pay attention to customers. The grease for their fries tastes like it should have been changed a week ago and they knew that there was people that needed their orders taken or food given to them and they acted like it was slow food not fast food.
