I am sure they were probably busy with 100 other things but giving out cold/stale fries as a customer i’m sure they would be unhappy as well. I stopped by for a quick lunch and although the service was quick the food was probably warmed up quicker. Everything felt like they just warmed it up in the microwave or smthn. I have had fresh sonic fries and these weren’t fresh at all. this is just to recommend not giving out hard/cold/stale fries cuz I could’ve been one of them ones to come up and complain but I took everything with a smile and even told the lady to have a great day.

Not too bad! They are open on Thanksgiving day, which is great. I had to drive around to a few different places to find a place open on Thanksgiving, and fortunately they are. I ordered a bacon butter burger combo. The burger was okay, nothing special, but not terrible. The fries were bettee than I expected. Crinkle cut with a crispy batter, which I haven’t seen for crinkle cuts, and were good.

Onion rings taste like they were fried in with something sweet, I didn’t care for that. But the elderly lady was nice, and the food was delectable:)

I ordered on the mobile app and pulled into the stall for mobile deliveries. After checking in and waiting 10 minutes, I decided to pull into a stall and press the button to ask for my order. The manager came out and said that order went out already….( how when I’m the only one that was sitting at the mobile app order stall? ) I told her I didnt receive anything. She went inside and came back out, handed me a bag and said “next time don’t leave trash on the ground” …. I told her I didnt and she walked off and yelled “yea whatever.” As I was talkinh. There was a sonic bag on the ground outside. If I never received my food, how could I leave trash??? So rude and stupid. I don’t recommend this location.

Sonic is high with kid friendliness. You can park your car in the menu stalls and get served at your car. I ordered chili cheese fries not chili cheese tots. Unfortunately, the girl had a bad attitude and did not get the order right. So no 5 stars at Eastern/ Sahara location.

Waited over 30 mins for one hamburger and two milk shakes. Apparently the ice cream machine was down. Instead of informing the customers, they made everyone wait. However, they came out and took the payment within five minutes. Was handed my milkshake sloppy and the cherry fell off on the ground. The lid was not attached right and popped off causing overload milkshake to melt all over the car. Please train your employees on communication and simple customer service.
