This was my first time here, the young lady who took my order was pleasant and I love the Christmas decorations! I waited for a while for my personal pan pizza, and when I get it this is what it looks like,but it’s ok because who says pizza should be round and perfect! It was ok pizza for me, maybe I will come back and try something different if I come back on this side of town. Anyway happy holidays Milton’s and hope you all have a great safe New Year!!

WARNING – MOLD
this is a tough review to write, I really enjoyed the food here and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful for someone who had not been here before. I went last week and loved it, especially the coconut square cake thing. When I returned yesterday, after enjoying my whole meal I move on to dessert and thought my cake square was burnt- to discover it was actually mold. I’m no scientist, but I know that mold on food indicates a lack of proper storage, so I question how everything else which is not prepared fresh is stored.
When I informed management of the mold, they were very kind and told me they would dispose of the rest of the dessert that may have mold.
Overall I’d go back here again if I never found the moldy food- but it’s something I can’t look past.

WOW! First time here (from out of town). Checked the reviews and decided to check it out. I’ll say that if you can’t find something on their huge buffet…maybe stay home? The salad bar and desserts were fantastic!!! Seriously give it a try! Our server Julianna was great! She is very good at what she does and being friendly is a plus. The staff we encountered were all very nice. Come here once and you’ll be hooked.

Worst pizza delivery ever. Ordered through miltons door dash in website.
The food was cold plus I think I got cheated. Ordered 15 inch pizza but upon opening the box the size looks like it got trimmed. Also the way they sliced up is bad. Like who cuts up 10 slices when it is supposed to be 8 and they are super thin sliced.

I’ve been hosting the Raleigh Christian Singles Monthly Dinners at Milton’s on Six Forks on the fourth Saturday of the month for several years now. Patty and her staff have provided outstanding service to all of us, all these years, and we have never been disappointed. In fact, the food is so delicious and affordable that our group has grown exponentially over the years. I love their family-friendly environment and affordable pricing. Lately, I’ve relied on them for catering my own small dinner parties at my house. Why bother cooking if you can have scrumptious food prepared at reasonable prices on their catering menu! The Pan Italian Lemon Chicken I purchased on Jan 18th, Saturday was absolutely delicious. My highest compliments to the chef for an exceptionally satisfying dish! Whether its a large gathering or just a lunch or dinner out for yourself or with a friend, you just can’t go wrong with Milton’s Pizza and Pasta!

I visited Milton’s for the first time yesterday for a business meeting. The place is very nice—bustling with life. We were a private party and had access to a back room, which was perfect. Our server, a young man, did an excellent job and didn’t miss a beat.
We enjoyed their buffet, which was loaded with tasty options: pasta, pizza, and salad—all fantastic. I had a wonderful time and will definitely go again.

Birthday Dinner, had FANTASTIC Chicken Parm. Server Maggie was very friendly & attentive, ensured we were in need of nothing. A great Server. Milton’s was the first restaurant where my Wife & I had dinner when we moved to Raleigh in 1989. Although Miltons has grown since then they haven’t lost any of their great food & Service. I used to tell my Wife if I ever opened a restaurant I would send perspective Servers there for training.
