This was our first time here. We ordered the pub burger single patty, fries, onion rings. We waited 27 minutes and I had to go ask for our food where they said the ticket may have dropped on the floor. They gave us the wrong milkshake. The hamburger patty was so thin that bacon and the pickle was thicker. You couldn’t even taste the hamburger it was that thin. The onion rings were over done. The fries nothing to rave about. All the food was cold. I will never go there again.

The service was lovely and very helpful. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was my friend’s first time.
The burgers were meh. I hear alot of talk about the place, but butter doesn’t replace seasonings and spices. I’d say it’s got more character than In and Out, but still a far cry from Whataburger. Its definitely on the more sophisticated end of fast food. The fries and cheese curds were pretty good, and I might go back for dessert.

We like Culver’s. The food is above average for “fast food” and the staff are terrific. Prices are reasonable. We have never had their custard, but the burgers, chicken and fish are all really good. Fries are even better.

5 adults snd 3 children. 3 adults and 1 child all got food poisoning. We all ordered the same. It was 2.5 hrs close to closing. We were rushed to order. Young workers laughing and cursing. Other times have been better. Just a bad day I hope.

Normally a great experience, The night of 2/12 not to much. Ordered at our table and had to wait 15+ minutes for our food. Drinks didn’t come until we were almost completely done with our meal.

I was sixth in line and The wait was the same as if it was just me that ordered, very quick.
Four out of five stars for food due to the bun on my sandwich toasted long enough there was a burnt flavor.
I have no idea how they had time to burn it because they were very quick.
I would definitely go back

Nice, relaxing, good choices in food. great service. Culver’s root beer is so delicious
I totally enjoy coming here, they have plenty of parking (room for a bus or 3) plenty of seating inside and outside plenty of dessert choices to help ya wind down after a busy day at work or out and about with your family (kids, grandkids and such). Order ahead, with curbside pick up. Today, I had the Culver’s burger deluxe with bacon, their ever so delicious Crinkle cut fries, and Mmm mm mm mm m that Culver’s exclusive Root beer soda pop. Enjoy, i be hoping to return tonight for their daily dessert special Caramel peanut butter, mmm.

This particular outlet is very busy anytime of the day to the point that they have a delivery service for their drive-thru because there’s so many cars going through. I ordered the shrimp dinner and one of the sides was onion rings. The rings were way overcooked. They were dark brown and just crunchy. The shrimp were greasy, overall it just wasn’t a good experience and not what I’ve had in maybe 15 visits since they opened. I don’t know if the increase in business just stretches everybody’s time and attention or they are letting food quality slip but I was as sad customer.

This review is for Canadians who have never tried Culver’s. I have only been for 1 proper visit, but I thought it was excellent.

First, the fried cheese curds are awesome. The cheese has more structure than a fried Mozza stick, and the breading sticks to the cheese nicely. Very tasty, and worth hitting the drive-thru just for these.

The Butterburger with cheese was also excellent. I got it with “the works” (ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, might be missing something) which I thought was perfect. Might add fried onions next time. The patty is well seasoned and tastes possibly like a Salisbury House patty. Overall, the burger tasted like what a McDonald’s McDouble should be. Well worth trying.

The frozen custard is also delicious. It tastes more dense and rich than any other fast food soft serve I’ve had. We got a free custard after filling out a 3 minute online survey on the bill from cheese curds. Makes it worthwhile to plan to hit Culver’s twice in a trip. The cement mixers (same as a DQ blizzard from what I could tell) are very popular and there is a special flavour of the day everyday. We tried the plain vanilla, just to understand what the “custard” was all about, and we are glad to have started there.

Definitely will be back.

Culver’s is good food at a good price. Staff is always friendly and lots of smiles. As a veteran the discount is appreciated, but it warms my day when the young folks say “thank you for your service.” Culver’s should be proud of them. UPDATE: May 23rd, the BBQ pub burger is spot on. Very tasty sauce and a good tasting onion ring. Must try while they have them. NOV 10th, the updated drive thru is fantastic. Looks great, and it was a needed upgrade. May 10th, the chicken tenders were wonderful. Real chicken with the buffalo seasoning a part of the coating, not a sauce. JUNE 2nd, still a very tasty burger. The bacon is top-notch, not to crispy and on the thick side. Wish they’d do a BBQ sandwich of some type, pork or even a burger.
