Very cold Sterile environment waited in line with multiple other people’s don’t know what the purpose of having an app is to place pickup orders when you still have to stand there and wait for 20 minute to pick it up, and no one even at the front counter, willing to help because they’re too busy, prioritizing the drive through the heck with the people in front of you. Mcdonald’s been going to shit for years and progressively going downhill, but this is the last straw and this location is just the worst.

I have been eating McDonalds for nearly 50 years. I’ve visited McDonalds in at least half the states in America.
This McDonalds in Wesley Chapel is the best. I e probably eaten here 100 times. My order is always right, it’s prepared quickly and every single employee is kind and polite. The food tastes better because the employees are so kind. They keep two lanes moving at a constant speed…machine like precision.

I NEVER have hope for McDonald’s whenever I go, but this McDonald’s is different. We come here every morning for breakfast and they get our order right every time. They’re extremely friendly, fast, and accurate. The women in there know what they’re doing, and the guy at the cash window is always on point. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I understand it being late and usually busy; so im fine with a wait. As long as im getting what the heck i paid for.. if you run out of fries don’t fill up a large fry with the amount of the happy meal bags in it. Let me know. I would have waited, but you’re too worried about times. The fries we did get RAW. BOO TO THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY. And with active manager walking around, clearly didn’t help much with quality control. Also ordered a mix snack wrap. And 2 ranch. Guess what we opened up to at home. A mix, but… wait for. It…. 2 spicy wraps. Ridiculous

Chicken was rubber, fries aren’t edible and had. And because certain family members have spice restrictions the wraps were garbage… its absolutely tragic how much this mcdonalds has been not slowly, but a fast plummet to complete inconsistent terrible trash… This company doesn’t care anymore neither do the workers so, this should end well..

Quick stop before getting on the highway. Sebastian was very polite and friendly while taking the order, which was a great start to the morning. Food was good and hot when we arrived. Coffee was delicious.

Not smart employees. Lack of ability to work and function. Simply asked to order four sandwiches. The cashier entered four meals, asked to remove those and get just the sandwiches. Silence for a couple of minutes until I spoke up. Asked if the order looked correct. Said no I wanted the four meals taken off, only want just the sandwiches and to place rest of the order. They proceed to place the order in without taking down the rest of my order (was going to order hashbrowns and a smoothie). By the way, this is all while dealing with a 1 year old and an 8 month pregnant wife in the car at 10am in the morning on my day off. Still no communication that they entered the order or anything, like theyre just expecting me to drive up. Sit there for another minute until I ask if everything is okay. Was told to pull up to the window for payment. I told them they didnt complete my order and it was wrong to begin with. I got frustrated at that point so I yelled to cancel it and just drove away. I get it if it was a busy day, like morning rushes, but it wasn’t there was like a car or two. Are you all overworking or just hiring standard dropped because this location used to always be on top of everything quick and professional. This was like dealing with a chicken that had its head cut off.

It’s very confusing to me how a location as busy as this one is can continuously serve cold food. I feel like like every time I come here, other than breakfast, the fries are cold and the burgers are average at best. Also, they close from 3:30-4:15am every day, that just happens to be my “lunch break” time and the are the only fast food open…it’s a little thing, but it is annoying. There’s a lady named Darlene (I’ve never seen her, just heard her voice) that is the saving grace of that place! Friendly, outgoing, happy…she’s wonderful.

Lobby was decorated very festive for the holiday. Employees ignored myself and another patron who stood at the front register for over 7 mins without being acknowledged. Completely unacceptable. Wanted to pay in cash and was questioned why I didn’t use the kiosk. I voiced my frustration toward who I thought was the RGM and he walked right past me carrying his bag and proceeded to hug 2 separate female employees rather than tending to the customer(s) who were visibly upset. Food had no issues when I was finally able to receive my order.

This location consistently shorts the amount of fries in a box, serves old refried chicken patties on their sandwiches and I just had a quarter pounder I was told I had to wait for because it was being made, but was room temp at best. I wish my kids liked other fast food chains.
