We were a large group of eight that came in and they quickly seated us. My first time here and I didn’t get the name right away (Mellow Mushroom) but once I got on the website. We just had a quick lunch and I was amazed with the flavor of the wings and I saw someone with a small pizza. It smelled delicious and it had me curious. So I had to place an order to go. Thank you Amy for assisting us at our table, the recommendations, and with my to-go order. It was delicious thank you Mellow Mushroom. I look forward to my next experience. I loved the pizza crust.

I absolutely loved this Mellow Mushroom location! I have been to several Mellow Mushroom locations, and this is my second favorite! They have plenty of outdoor seating, and ample seating inside. They have a nice bar area for beer, wine, and mixed drinks. They also have TV’s if you want to watch sports! We ordered the potato pie and pretzel bites with beer cheese, and it was delicious! Potato pie is our favorite pizza, but you can only order it at certain locations. So happy this location is one of them! Our server was wondeful! I believe her name was Haley. She was attentive, and had an excellent sense of humor! We love NASA and the space/star wars theme this location has! Bathrooms were very nice, and very clean! Parking takes a minute to figure out, bc of one way streets, but there is plenty of space. This has a nice walking area surrounding it, with lots of shops to visit. There is also, a walking park with benches across the street from the restaurant, if you have pets, or if you want to walk off your meal! We will definitely be back to visit!

We had a great experience at Mellow Mushroom. The pizza was an 8/10 — the dough was light and fluffy, which we really enjoyed. We ordered the Mighty Meaty and while it was good, I would’ve liked a little more meat on it. Overall though, it was still a solid pizza. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, and the servers were polite, friendly, and attentive. We’d definitely come back.

Amazing! I want to give a shout out to Spicer who was my server today. I was really craving pizza for a while now and I’m not from around here so it was hard to find a good place. I was also a bit sick but I was really hungry. The options were new to me compared to where I’m from Orlando. The new setting was very comforting and welcoming by the servers. If you’re looking for relaxing spot to enjoy a slice pizza, this is a place to go! Where service and quality come together as one.

I go here pretty often and it’s usually great but yesterday me and my mother went and I ordered a small pizza extra cheese, light sauce, mushrooms, black olives, spinach and pepperoni. My pizza came out with just mushrooms and black olives I had big half way into the first slice and noticed and asked for it to be remade. It comes back the same pizza that the kitchen passed around all looking at it and hovering and the half bitten piece and they threw spinach and pepperoni on top not cooked in. I asked for them to take it away and speak to a manager. The manager seemed irritated more than helpful. We started hearing him yell about the pizza and how to make it angrily while we sat in a booth and he brought it back out to us blaming the server for the mess up. Overall handled poorly and unprofessional. Don’t know if I will be coming back after that.

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. Sloane is the epitome of excellent customer service. She embodies customer satisfaction. You can tell just by her demeanor that she is in love with her job. She’s exceptionally kind, and her smile is wholesomely inviting. My wife and I agreed that whenever we stop by Mellow Mushroom for our dinner after trivia, we’ll be looking for Sloane to take care of us. Out of all my years, I’ve never met someone I appreciate for service more than her. She also helped us decide on what to eat, advocating for the boneless wings. I’m glad she did! The food was delicious, and the boneless wings are some of the best I’ve had. Food came out fast. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere is great. It’s definitely one of the best Mellow Mushrooms in Huntsville. Thank you for wonderful restaurant that continues to exceed all expectations, and thank you, Sloane, for your wonderful attitude and beyond brilliant service.

We’ve always enjoyed mellow mushroom and will probably keep coming back. Waitress was the right amount of attentive, food was fresh and hot and tasted good. We were seated within 10-min of arriving and food came out relatively fast.

I went to this pizza place last weekend with a couple of friends. The atmosphere is pretty cozy, nothing fancy, but it feels comfortable. The pizza was decent—toppings were fresh and the crust had a nice chew to it. I tried the pepperoni and mushroom combo and it hit the spot. Service was friendly, though a bit slow since it was busy, but the staff seemed genuinely nice. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Overall, not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a casual pizza night. I’d probably come back again.
