After a long flight from the UK, we landed in Fort Myers ready to eat. My friend steered us to Chick-fil-A.
Spicy Chicken Deluxe, waffle fries, a cherry cola, with honey mustard and Chick-fil-A sauce on the side. Every bite was spot on and the waffle fries were a treat we just don’t get back home.
The service was even better than the food. A young lady checked on us, offered refills, cleared the table. Fifteen minutes later she was back with a smile, topping up my drink without me asking.
We stepped outside to a sky of pink, gold, and blue. It was the perfect finish to our first Florida meal.

Traveling from Miami to Sanibel, we stopped in for a bathroom break and lunch. Bathrooms and dining rooms were extremely clean. Before we even stepped in line, who I believe to be the manager handed us some free extra hashbrowns from breakfast. The service was excellent, everyone was happy, friendly and ready to help out. My husband knocked his drink over and one of the crew members was there immediately with napkins and wipes. The food was delicious. Also every table had a small vase with fresh flowers!

Outstanding service from Isaha-Grace and the whole drive-thru crew!
I came through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru today and Isaha-Grace was an absolute superstar. The line looked long, but she and her team kept everything moving with incredible speed and accuracy. Friendly attitude, great communication, and not a single mistake in the order.
You can tell she takes pride in her work because the whole experience was smooth, organized, and genuinely pleasant. Huge shoutout to Isaha-Grace and the drive-thru crew — this is exactly why I keep coming back!

This place is great, only problem is that it can be very busy! Close to the interstate. They do their best to keep the line moving with several staff walking outside and taking orders, along with several working outside the windows to bring food to the double line. I think this just speaks to the quality of food and service they provide.

Bought a fruit bowl yesterday for over $6. The picture of the bowl below…really. This was perhaps 1/2 apple and 1 strawberry…no grapes, no mandarin oranges, no blueberries…disappointed! Not to mention bowl 1/2 full.

I had the BEST experience at Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff were. You just don’t see that kind of service at most fast food places. Everyone had a smile, they were super polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt like more of a burden at a Chick-fil-a before. This has to be the worst chick-fil-a in all of American when it comes to parking. They have half of the parking spots blocked off so you literally can’t park on property if it’s busy. I’m very sure we ran into the owner of this location in the parking lot and he was the most unhelpful human of all time. Pretty much told us tough and to go park somewhere else. This location is in desperate need of an update as the original parking lot design no longer meets the demand and not to mention the ultra small bathrooms with a single stall with a changing table. Please update this location as soon as possible.
