Just visited this location. And I’ve never had a problem before. But today when I order biscuits and gravy and the eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard boiled not poached and the biscuits tasted like flour. I was very disappointed in the service as well. They didnt ask us how the food was or if we needed anything. I wanted to address the quality of the food. But nobody asked.

I ordered a BLT sandwich I don’t know where they got their bacon from but if I didn’t see the bacon on the sandwich I would have never tasted it. I think that sandwich would have left a 4-year-old hungry. It was more like finger food at a dinner party then an actual sandwich. I haven’t had a BLT in so long and I was so disappointed.

My wife and I have been coming to this location about once a month or so for several years. The food has always been good, and the staff have always been courteous. However, their new menu updates have made some serious improvements recently! I absolutely love that the burger menu has the ability to choose from multiple proteins, and the 4-cheese crisp is a delicious add-on! New options combining sweet and savory foods are fun to try when you can’t decide what you want. Legacy items that are no longer on the menu are still available if you know what to ask for (I have to have those lingonberry crèpes)!! I would definitely recommend stopping in and trying some of the new menu items.

Food was good. Waitress was quick but left before we paid the bill, waited 20 minutes after we told 2 different people we were ready to leave. Went to cashier they had us pay for different meals than we had but approximately same amount. Won’t be back soon.just hard to understand

I hadn’t been to an IHOP in years. The last time was before their remodel campaign so I was VERY pleasantly surprised when the waiter brought me my Spinach & Mushroom omelette. It’s was one of the best I’ve had in a chain type restaurant! I’ll start going there again – hopefully the one near my home is just as good.

I dont like giving bad reviews but man this place has gone down hill. I placed an online order to be picked up at 7pm and when I arrived there was no one at the counter. I even had a family walk in with me that waited a few minutes before leaving cause no one ever came. Even better that I could see through the privacy window into the office and saw 2 employees sitting on their phones. A family leaving after their meal encouraged me to just walk back there and find someone myself.
Even if they were on break they couldn’t at least tell a coworker? Or let us know someone will be out?
I probably waited 5 more minutes until a waitress finally came and asked if I needed to be sat, I told her I was waiting for an order and my name but I dont think she understood. She just went back to clearing tables and never looked at me again. An employee I usually see for the online orders came over at around the 10 minute mark and went to check if it was almost ready, didn’t see him again for a while. About the 15 minute mark he came back and told me they were waiting for my strawberry waffle combo to finish up and should be soon. Guess it wasn’t as ready as he thought cause another 5 minutes pass and he tells me again its almost ready.
Made it even better that he came back after almost 25 minutes of me waiting to tell me they never started it.
All in all I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food, if the guy didn’t come back with my order when he did I was gonna get a refund and leave.
I can understand waiting a few extra minutes after the expected time cause I had a decently big order but 30? With most of it just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me? I’m not going back. Food was at least decent but you could tell that they had most of it just sitting there getting cold cause the pancakes from one meal were getting soggy.

Would not recommend this location. 1st and last time for me and my family. Served brown and black bananas with our pancakes and French toast. And the server thought that was ok and had an attitude because we wanted fresh er bananas that weren’t black and brown. There was so much wrong with the food it ruined the mood. Everyone was very disappointed. If possible dont come in a group larger than 3…

Sever was nice. They need to fire the cook and the manager. Flat soft drinks. Can’t cook eggs right, and the bacon. Looked rotten and had clearly been reheated in a microwave. Save yourself the time and go to the waffle house. The weren’t busy and breakfast is literally what yall do. Or should do.
