I always hope for the best, ordering from this store, but am continually disappointed. It seems no amount of new management will fix the kitchen getting my to go orders correct. They either always forget something, or get it wrong. I ordered a to go app sampler with sliders, fried pickles, chili crisp wings, and onion rings with beer cheese and southwest ranch. See photo below. I definitely did not get what I ordered…..again. The fix? I had to drive to the store to pick up the correct half of my order. Now, the person on the phone was very nice and apologetic. And I’ve never had an issue with eating at the restaurant. I just won’t order to go anymore unless I’m picking it up. I wasted $10 on fees and tip and ended up having to pick it up anyway. Which is the annoying part. So my food that I originally ordered was wrong and cold, then spent 20-30 minutes picking up food and driving back home, and the pickles were pale and cold as well as the beef cheese. Stone cold. No compensation was ever offered.

If I could give no stars it would be preferred. We came in at 6:15 on a Tuesday when they were not that busy (I’m talking 2 people ahead of us) and were told we can sit in the high tops in the bar area. So we did. The tables were filthy so we were limited in our options for where to sit. Once we got a cleaner table, we placed our order around 6:30- 6:45 for the bottomless apps and some wings. We got our waters and one tea and waited for our food (10 wings per person, and the bottomless apps with mozzarella sticks and pickles). The bartender wasn’t really checking on the tables in the bar area often enough to do refills or see if our order came out (literally we saw her twice in an hours time). 7:35 rolls around we still have no food and there’s a waitress who I’m not sure if she was working the bar area and leaving the bartender to fend for her self or supposed to be in the main area, but she joins her friends sitting at a high top and spent the next hour talking to them and running to the bar to get their drinks. 7:40 our wings come out and the bust boy/food runner says sorry we don’t have appetizers and that it was never put on the ticket. My husband goes to ask the bartender who took our order and she says she did ring them in but they were out of what we wanted. Rather than communicating with us about it early on she ignored us and left us until she was approached about it. When she does come back to finally bring napkins for our wings (7:50) she says they are out of mozzarella so she’ll bring double pickles. We finally had enough waiting and asked for our checks at 8:22 and paid to leave so we can go eat elsewhere.
Overall 2 hours of our time, no refills, cold wings when they finally came out and zero communication regarding our order. We will never come back and encourage others to avoid this location.

Got pegleg wings. Tasted great. Wings a little small. Atmosphere dark. Sports on TV. None had non sports alternative to watch. Would’ve been great for I.U. football championships.

Unable to say anything about the food. We came in around 5:45 got seated and then waited 15 minutes before leaving. The place was pretty much empty but no one came to greet us or take a drink order. Very disappointing that employees were more busy talking.

We came and and were seated right away since it was not busy. There were about 6 waiters. 20 min later we left since no one even came over to let us know they’d be with us soon or what we wanted to drink, let alone eye contact. We were right next to the waiter station too.

I wouldn’t waste your time or money eating here. The last few times we’ve been here it’s obviously gone downhill but we decided to give it one last chance tonight. We ordered an appetizer and meals for 4 people, and only one meal was correct, every other item was wrong and poor quality (naked chicken tenders pictured below, supposed to be 3 tenders and cost $11.49). Another example to put into context how bad this was, we ordered the queso appetizer and received a box of stale chips. No queso.

The food is always fantastic but the service today was not. Three servers stood around and assisted someone who came in after me and left me waiting unattended on to go. My food looks like it was put together poorly and I was given no plastic ware or notified the sauce that comes with my meal was out. This business can really thrive if the service is more attentive.

This location has come a long way! The service, food quality, and cleanliness have all improved noticeably. We were lucky to have Hailey as our server,she was incredibly kind, funny, and attentive, easily one of the best we’ve ever had. She was amazing with our daughters too. We’re definitely coming back and asking for her again!
