Went to Culver’s on a Saturday and it was a busy place, still got our order on time and we enjoyed family brunch. My kid loved the place and her new favorite is their vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce.

I got the fish dinner. Two pieces of cod, coleslaw, fries and a roll. The fish tasted good but the pieces were rather small for the price. The coleslaw was bland, the roll was dry. I paid almost $15 and a drink wasn’t even included. I was rather disappointed. The person who took my order very good though.

Not been here in 3 years and 3 years too soon. How frozen custard can taste awful I don’t know but our concrete mixers were ! Completely liquid….may as well of ordered a milkshake with lumps in.
Our order sat on the side for over 5 mins until the miserable server handed it to us. Service with a smile…..not here.
If they cant do a simple mixer then who knows what the other food is like. I wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t busy and plenty of staff.
Go get a mcflurry instead and dont waste your money here.

First time going in here and we had a great experience. It was crowded but we didn’t mind it. Staff was nice enough to clean up for us. We also got their custard which was amazing! Highly recommend to try their different kinds of custards!

This location was incredibly busy when I visited, and they actually ran out of seating for everyone trying to dine in. There were plenty of friendly employees working hard to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized though, which I really appreciated. The cashier did make a snarky comment about my ordering two carbs as a side, and actually missed something I ordered because he was talking over me to say it. I like that the fish dinner comes with a lemon to squeeze on it as well as two sides, and of course the frozen custard is one of a kind.

Unnecessarily embarrassed a 15yr old girl in front of customers on the front of house when she experienced her monthly woman thing; she asked if they had any amenities and they told her that it wasnt their job to supply them, fine, no big deal. Then they refused to allow her to leave to go home to change her clothes. And she also overheard her shift lead Tracy (or however you spell her name)talking to another coworker making fun of her. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Sometimes these things cannot be planned and accidents happen. This is a CHILD and no reason for them to treat her like this.

We had great customer service today. It was a miscommunication and the manager took care of it. The ice cream was very yummy! I did not catch their names but it was a young blonde girl and the manager was a gentleman with brown hair.

I was craving a fish sandwich. I’ve had them before at this location, but not like this. That’s all I ordered. 1 fish sandwich. Pulled to the side to wait, but I expect that, because it will be fresh, right? Nope. After the cashier first tried to charge me $19.47 for someone else’s order, she then tried to hand me a drink despite my stating I only ordered a fish sandwich. Then I am served this. Ick. Just ick. A waste of $7.45 for this “fish sandwich”.
