This McDonald’s is located right off I-95, exit 8. It was very busy when we arrived and decided to order in the drive through. We pulled into a parking space to eat our burgers. They were very dry, so I went inside to get some ketchup. They didn’t have a condiment area. I had to go to the counter to ask for some. No one was working the register area. They expect you to order at one of their kiosks. I finally got someone’s attention to get my ketchup. It’s ridiculous that they make you ask for condiments.

This is going to be good so bear with me. We decided to have a cozy night in and treat ourselves with McDonald’s. Ordered on DoorDash. When the food came, they had forgotten the happy meal for my daughter and my husband’s burger came with no beef patty. I got into the car and drove there to buy these items again. The line at the drive thru was insane and moving insanely slow. When I got to the window the guy asked me to confirm my order. Quarter pounder with extra onions? I told him no, big arch and happy meal. I pick up everything and drive back home. And surprise surprise, they gave me a quarter pounder with extra onion and the happy meal did not have the nuggets.
Try a different McDonald’s if you’re craving it. Save your money and your time.

It’s so weird at McDonald’s in the south. I’ve never seen so many people with such a bad attitude. I politely asked the person who delivered the food to my table if they had any salt and ketchup she just looked at me walked away. I thought she heard me. So she walked by again to deliver more food and I asked her politely for that. Wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Unfortunately this is a common theme I’ve encountered. I’m sure I’ll have the typical corporate blah blah blah response below

We had the double quarter pounder and the Big Mac. Usual stuff. The grilled taste and smell is good. Very very busy as it’s connected to Circle K rest stop. We ordered at the counter instead on the app or the kiosk. Surprisingly the order is delivered very fast. The cashier is helpful and pleasant. Burgers are hot. We enjoyed them.
A janitor is constantly cleaning and mopping so the place is quite clean. I’ll give it 5 stars.

McDonald’s is losing me. Their drinks are twice as much as they used to be, I’m expected to place my own order via a kiosk, and this location was DREADFULLY slow!!! Instead of being more efficient, since they no longer man the counter to take orders, the employees just shuffle around slowly looking indifferent.

The mangers of this place better step up! I been living down here for 6 months and a hate going to this MC DEE specially on weekends! no one in line at drive thru but it takes like 20 mints to get thru the drive thru for no reason! As I was waiting for my order, they all were talking and not paying attention to doing their job! The manger was just standing there looking into space. People say why should they get pay higher than others? good question due to if I did what they do I would be fired on the spot!

Hands down the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger. That’s not an exaggeration. And I wasn’t even waiting that long compared to the lady who waited an hour for her chicken nuggets.

Ordered 2 chicken biscuits, 1 sausage biscuit and 2 hash browns. The hash browns were burnt and hard as rocks. There was 1 chicken, 1 sausage and 1 plain biscuit in the bag when I got home. Don’t leave without doing their job for them and checking your order. Definitely won’t go back here.
