We ordered food for the Super Bowl and the entire experience was excellent. Placing the order online was seamless, and everything was ready well before the deadline. The service was impeccable and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a FEAST for two people:

This is the best location that I’ve been too. They have prompt courteous, service. The music wasn’t too loud. My table was perfectly cleaned. But most importantly, yhe food was spectacular. My wife even asked to talk to a manager because of how absolutely perfect her steak had been cooked.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We were seated quickly and felt well taken care of throughout our visit.
The food was outstanding—steaks cooked perfectly just the way we ordered, juicy, flavorful, and tender. The sides were fresh and generous, and of course, the warm rolls with cinnamon butter were absolutely amazing and kept coming.
Our server was professional, upbeat, and checked on us often without being intrusive. Everything came out hot and on time, even though the restaurant was busy.

So disappointed with the food today. I’ve gone to this location several times but have never ordered steak. Now I know why I never do…had a horrible experience and will never order steak again! I ordered my steak to be cooked Medium! 1st time it came out it was over cooked. Waitress was still at the table when I cut into it… she said, “That’s not Medium! I’ll take it back.” Manager came over & apologized. She came back over with the steak… this was the 2nd time.
I cut into it & was cooked perfectly! Medium just the way I wanted. Took a bite it & it was so salty. Waitress asked how was my steak? I told her to be honest it was very salty. But I didn’t want the cook to be mad & send it back again for the 2nd time. She said “no, I’ll send it back again”. I was afraid he would do something to the steak if I sent it back again. 3rd time it came out, it was raw…you can see blood. At this point I was disgusted. I was done & didn’t want to eat there anymore. I basically paid for a steak just to come home and cook it myself. I spent most of my time there waiting for a steak! Picture attached! Is this steak cooked Medium to you?

Unfortunately I am revisiting my review of my once favorite Texas Roadhouse to update from previously which was just about 5 stars in every category 3 months ago. However, during a recent visit my husband and I encountered the rudest manager who was also very firmly non-empathetic and basically refused to accommodate my requests of making a new undercooked steak rather than “throwing it back on the gril”l after my saliva contaminated it, arguing that it wouldn’t dry my steak out even though it would, and being informed that I am immunocompromised due to my autoimmune disease. The lady was very hateful and confrontational rather than understanding and just remaking my meal that I was not asking to be remade for free as I wanted to pay for my food but wanted it fresh and prepared correctly the way I ordered it. Her name was Hayley. I have never had an issue before her, and have loved coming here until this experience especially when I called to speak to the general manager who basically dismissed my concerns as well. I do want to give my gratitude to the servers we have had as they’re always very friendly, attentive and understanding, and one manager in particular who did at one point go above and beyond and was my main reason for always returning at least once a week prior to this last visit, I believe her name is Aubrey. I don’t complain for free food, and I don’t even particularly even like to speak up if I have to complain about mistakes, as I also have severe anxiety and panic disorder, but I felt Hayley treated my husband and I not like regular paying customers even when mistakes are made, but also like we are the problem rather than her staff who obviously cannot cook a very small BUTTERFLIED 6oz filet, and for some reason made it a point to keep saying she see that we come in often once every other week but in a condescending way like we only come in to COMPLAIN or be a problem for them. We come in because when the food is right is is good, and its my husband and kids favorite restaurant. My husband’s steak was overcooked and mine was undercooked…they were both 6oz filets and butterflied in hopes to prevent any issues with under or overcooking the steak…which seems to happen alot recently. Maybe the cooks need a little more training or replaced, and customers shouldn’t be treated like they are the problem when their business pays for the staff’s checks and salaries. I tried visiting again this evening even when Aubrey was working, but unfortunately had an even worse experience because we knew Hayley was there we requested Aubrey he apparently was “too busy” to help us so we were forced to be scrutinized by Hayley once more,I had eggs in my salad when I requested none, and my steak was half rare and half medium…Hayley wanted confrontation instead of understanding while I was in a full blown panic attack and tears from once again having to speak up about my food being undercooked and incorrect and to made to feel like I am the issue…not the staff who are not trained or experienced enough to cook a steak , or as Hayley suggested “filet is really hard to cook, and maybe you shouldn’t order that from the menu anymore since you keep having issues with it” rather than taking accountability for THEIR mistake and inaccuracy with preparing FOOD on their menu? And after an unnecessary drawn out back and forth debate about my meal being undercooked and incorrect, accompanied with her condescending attitude and no kindness, understanding, disregard for “legendary service” and her not being apologetic in nature whatsoever for myself and my family encountering an unpleasant experience, Hayley did finally get my meal corrected.
However, due to the instant unnecessary confrontation which caused me to have a panic attack in the public eye, and in front of my child while just simply trying to take him out for a family meal with my husband, I will never return to this location.

Had not been to Texas Roadhouse in years before recently, and now it has become part of our rotation when we do go out. Not a lot changed but the food is better than I remember.
This isn’t a Michelin star restaurant, but the steaks are good enough, and the rolls are still the star. Service is good, and the environment is energetic. No complaints whatsoever.

This place is a regular spot for us. The food is good and service while dining in is often exceptional.
On occasion, we get take out and that is a bit more lumpy in terms of quality and service. Don’t get me wrong, we will still use this service as it is a very convenient option for many reasons.
In my experience, there will be seemingly high school age employee providing the take out and on occasion, mistakes are made. You’ve got to learn sometime right?!
The last thing I will say is that this place seems to do quite a bit for the community in terms of financial support and I think that is great and another reason why this location is always busy.
