Visited for my girlfriend’s birthday. The booking system is great (allowing you to pre-order drinks and upload a photo), though the restaurant was too busy for the personalised welcome to work this time.
The food was fantastic. My steak was a perfect medium-rare. My girlfriend’s steak arrived closer to medium-well despite ordering medium-rare, but we didn’t send it back as it was still tasty and we didn’t want to disrupt the evening. When we mentioned it later, the staff were excellent—they offered a replacement, and when we declined, they gave us a free dessert.
Special mention to our waitress who was outstanding, and the cocktails were well worth the price. Will definitely return.

Excellent Sunday lunch.
Firstly we was a big table as requested as we had a baby in a buggy with us.
Very comfortable dining.
bread was warm and fresh.
The roast sirloin of beef was cooked to as we request and very tasty and tender.
Trimmings were also very good, my only comment would be the potatoes were just Average! No real seasoning or herbs.
Very nice Espresso martinis and a delicious Eton mess made specially for my partner’s birthday for free plus reasonable priced wine and a good pilsner lager.
Staff was amazing! Professional, attentive and polite which made it a perfect afternoon.
Will definitely revisit.

Amazing service and food was outstanding. Only let down was the tiramisu, it was sloppy. Chips were fine but probably wouldn’t get them again. They prepped the mac and cheese without truffle on request which was hugely appreciated

We came to celebrate our anniversary and we had a lovely time, had the pleasure of having Alex as our server, he was friendly and he made our experience perfect. Special mention to the other staff and the lovely ladies everyone was very friendly and approachable. We really appreciated everything.
Food wise we are never disappointed, mac and cheese was on point, steak was perfect and the desserts were def recommend their cheesecake, tiramisu and mango sorbet.

We celebrated our wedding reception on Tuesday with private dining at Goodman in Mayfair for 20 of our friends and family, and it was truly exceptional.
From decorating the space so beautifully with the flowers we provided, to printing personalised menus, to wine recommendations, to the care and attention they gave our friends’ 5-year-old, the team truly went above and beyond.
The food was outstanding! Every dish perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Not to mention the service we received, from first enquiring to the night itself, was impeccable.
The entire team made our special day feel effortless and unforgettable and there is a reason why this is our favourite restaurant!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable dining experience. My husband and I could not recommend Goodman in Mayfair more and look forward to returning soon.

Went to Goodmans, the steaks are exceptional and starters and mains all cooked to perfection and incredible. The service was fantastic the staff very attentive and friendly. Whilst a Mayfair establishment it was a relaxed atmosphere, toilets were very clean, and my party had a fab time.

Went for the Sunday dinner option and I could not have asked for a better way to spend my Sunday afternoon, the meat was tender, tasty and the vegetables and Yorkshire were absolutely on point for my liking.

Definitely a good back to spot. Every item we’ve ordered was hands down top notch. We had the tartar, scallops, burger, riveted, and Mac and cheese. Signed off with the tiramisu and sundae. Every single dish was more worthy.

What a great choice for a special meal on a day out to watch a show. Starting with a nice greeting at the door & shown to our table. The server gave us our menus and talked us through the Steaks on offer, from size to taste & so on. My wife had a stunning ribeye Steak & I had a New York Strip that tasted amazing & was a perfect medium rare. The chips had a great crunch & full of fluffy potato. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this steakhouse, and I feel compelled to warn others. The food was genuinely inedible – overcooked, bland, and nothing like what you’d expect from a place claiming to serve quality steaks. But the real issue was the disgusting behavior of the staff.
My wife accidentally took a wrong turn while looking for the restroom, and a Black manager (who appeared to be in charge) reacted aggressively. Instead of politely pointing her in the right direction, he slammed a plate against the wall to block her path and shouted at her. It was intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. The way he treated us felt racially motivated – he was clearly targeting us because we are Chinese.
When we complained, he arrogantly said he would come over to apologize. Guess what? We waited until we paid the bill and left, and he never showed up. No apology, no accountability – just empty promises.
This place is a joke. The food is awful, the service is worse, and the management is openly hostile and racist. If you’re Chinese or anyone who expects basic respect, stay far away. There are plenty of great steak places in London – this is not one of them.
