This was my first time and attended brunch for a birthday. I took part in the bottomless brunch. I am not the brunch type but I enjoyed the concept at Miss Toya’s. I tried a few things but my favorite was the catfish. It was seasoned and cooked well. I got it without the grits because the grits had cheese in it. I also tried the wings, chicken & waffles, and a pork chop.

My experience started off very good, but went slightly downhill. I went for the brunch. First of all, having such a large selection is great, but why call it a bottomless brunch and then serve normal size portions? The portions should’ve been small so that more items could be ordered. The fried deviled eggs were amazing! Next came the blueberry honey drizzled cornbread! Outstanding! Then came the main courses. First was catfish and grits. The catfish was very delicious but the grits were just average. The sauce that came with it is what gave the grits a little flavor. Got the peach cobbler french toast, but somehow they manage to mix shrimp into it which was not expected. It ruined the moment. They apologized but no substitute was requested. The crab legs were good. Then came the steak and eggs. The steak was not cooked properly, was a little dry and not at all tender. The eggs were bland and I didn’t try the home fries due to being a little full. I had a great server and the place was clean. The server even agreed that portions should be smaller. I believe that they truly do not want you to have a lot of food for the price that they charge. You can give this place a try but skip the brunch.

This place was phenomenal! Chris and Amara the bartenders were amazing. Chris is a MIXOLOGIST for real. The food portions and taste were just right. Oh and let’s not forget about the saxophonist who played ALL the jams. The atmosphere was classy and very sophisticated. It was my first time here but definitely won’t be the last!

Nice lil quick hit! small plates ,perfect size and the drinks were pretty and taste delicious. We had the Peach please , Pink Lady.
Food was prepared well . We didn’t have reservations had to sit at the bar we waited a while before getting service ,we almost left glad we didn’t. was a nice time and we enjoyed mostly everything , Will be back again . Making reservations next time .

I wanted to love this place like so many who told me about it did. It was good. We went for brunch. I was a little disappointed that the food was not presented like the IG video for brunch. I felt like there was only a couple of wait staff for the entire restaurant. There were many servers to bring food out though. They seemed confused as to which table food belonged to though. For as long as it took done if the dishes to come out, it seemed unfair that there was a 2 hour limit. With an 11am reservation, we thought the live jazz would have been in the background. That started on our way out around 1pm, an hour before brunch was scheduled to end. I’ll give it another try because I know some days are just off. The food was good, staff was pleasant, and we tried everything we wanted.

This was amazing place with a beautiful atmosphere. I had the red snapper which was season with red, yellow and green pepper and onions, the collard greens and Mac and cheese. I would say the collard greens we not particularly to my liking and order some broccolini instead, but forgot to get a picture. The cornbread was absolutely a must try, soaked in butter and sweet like cake.

I had the Cajun shrimp appetizer and the Bayou pasta. The shrimp was really good but the bread they served with it was hard as a brick. My friend says it was stale. That was really disappointing because the Cajun sauce was really good and would’ve been a nice dip for the bread. The Bayou pasta was ok. The chicken was really dry and overcooked. The dish also wasnt as creamy as I would’ve liked it. My friend had a seafood pasta that he really enjoyed. It was my first time eating at this location. I definitely would try another location before giving up on this restaurant. I just think I may have went on an off night with the wrong cooks in place.

Great experience. This was our first time and Julian (our bartender) was very attentive please ask for him when you come. Roger the manager came around multiple times to ensure everything was to our standard and even told us about upcoming events and specials. The customer service was good , the bottomless drinks were out of this world. just make sure you order all your first round of food for the bottomless at together. The starters are shareable and no need to order your own unless you want to.

My friend and I tried Miss Toya’s for their Sunday jazz brunch. Loved it! There was a saxophone player doing his this thing. The food was delicious. For their bottomless brunch you can try everything on the menu, if your stomach has room. The oyster rockefeller, deviled eggs, blueberry cornbread and fried catfish were some of my favorites. The drinks were also really good! I plan on trying their other locations.
