Social Profile:

An Omaha Landmark Since 1965 In August of 1965, Frank Dinker Synowiecki opened Dinker’s Bar & Grill, a small neighborhood bar in the heart of Sheely Town, a polish immigrant area. Our staple then was cold beer, good friends, and triendly service, second to none. Now 60 years later, we’re proud to say that while our staple has expanded from cold beer to cold beer and great food, the cornerstone of our business still remains the same. We are a friendly, family establishment, serving up the best hamburgers and homemade specials

Local watering hole since 1965 featuring burgers, beer & dippable appetizers, plus plenty of TVs.

As a pickleball player, I love the name. Interesting layout, long and somewhat narrow. However there is plenty of seating and a bar rail. You order at the counter and their prices are very reasonable. Plenty of staff to make the process smooth and had a manager stop by and check on the experience. Have been here before and will be back.

Burgers were good. Honestly the real star was the great sides and the environment. Mac & cheese bites, onion rings, and grilled cheese were amazing.

Burgers were reasonably priced and were delicious. Their Onion rings are made fresh and the breading was delicious. I can’t believe I lived not 15 blocks away from this place 20 years ago and I discovered it just this year!! Great food and atmosphere. I would definitely go back!!!

We were on vacation in the area and saw the sign that said best burgers. We like to try the local fare when on vacation so we decided to stop there for lunch.
It looks like a dive bar from our front who it is but we love that.
The staff was incredibly friendly. They recommended the onion rings which they were very proud of and they were right they were probably the best I have ever had.
The beer was cold, the food was great and the place had a cool relaxed vibe.
If you are in the Omaha area stop in for lunch of dinner, you won’t be sorry.

Hands down one of the best wings I’ve had in a while. Their ordering system is a little tricky. They are cash only, 2 different points of sale. One for food and another for alcoholic drinks. You pay upfront and they’ll take your order to your table.

A hidden gem in Omaha. Counter service, cash only and hamburgers that will have you coming back again and again! A lot of fun and a full bar. Easy on street parking. Worth checking them out! I will be back next time im in Omaha.

A classic local restaurant that celebrates the local neighborhood and has wonderful food!

Loved visiting for lunch. I can see this continuing to be a neighborhood favorite for many years to come.

Make sure to bring cash.

Definitely a place you should try. We’d probably go more often if it were closer to home. Cash only. Onion rings are great. Good fries. Good burger. Very much a bar vibe.

Good burger spot—cash only. My son got the triple-meat burger and said, “Now that’s a burger!” The fries were crispy and solid. I had the patty melt—it was okay, not as flat as I’m used to. The onion rings were a bit too greasy for me. Both burgers were well-seasoned and tasty.

Was recommended this burger as it won some contests for best burger. The first two things to know is that you’ll need to drive here but there is plenty of parking there. The second is that they only accept cash. As you enter, first go to pay for food and then do the same for drinks.

The burger was good but I didn’t find it amazing either: the beef patty is huge and it gets very meaty. However the egg and ham in the burger were a nice addition.

Service was quick; staff kept refilling my drink which was very nice.
