The food was pretty good. I got the ultimate feast and the broccoli was brown. Also, the cluster of crab legs was unimpressive. However, the flavor was good. Our server, Abby, was EXCELLENT! She was attentive, personable, and friendly. I will request her when I come back.

I will consistently be a customer because of the service Travis offers! He is personable, hospitable, kind and charismatic. These are all necessary components in great wait staff; he truly needs to be in a larger regional training role. His exceptional service (and the kitchen’s work on the Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms) keep me coming back to this location.

The staff at this red lobster on McKnight Road is fantastic. The manager Nick is so kind greets his customers. And make sure they have everything they need, help staff when they need it and it’s a prime example of what a manager should be. Our server Todd was fantastic checked on us often made sure our food was hot and into our liking and checked if we needed anything else he is truly what a server should be.

A co-worker and I decided to go to Red Lobster one day after work. We went to the McKnight Road location. We received five star quality service. Mr. Travis was absolutely amazing. I admired how he interacted with his customers. He makes his customers feel special. It’s almost as if he’s personalizing service in a professional way. I highly recommend this location. Remember ask for Travis, He doesn’t disappoint. The food was amazing. My co-worker and I ate leftovers at work the next day. We felt like we had a love affair with Red Lobster as we left our husbands at home. Lol

Greeted on arrival. Waitress was very kind, patient, and attentive. Very low key when we went in. Food was very good, cooked to my exact liking. Only, “complaint” was that one lobster tail was $16 & my smoothie was $6, thats very overkill in price. I do recommend visiting, though.

Amazing meal with an even more amazing staff! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly. The staff were holding doors into and out of the restaurant for the customers. It was clear they cared about them. They knew repeat ones by name. It was really impressive for a chain restaurant!

We had such a lovely time at this location. Our waitress, Alex, was so friendly and attentive. Our food was cooked to perfection. Everything was clean and the service was very quick. My husband and I both ordered the Wednesday steak and lobster special and it was an excellent portion size (I had already cut into both my steak and lobster in the below photo). The key lime pie was also freaking delicious. I definitely recommend this location and will be coming back!

Came here for dinner with my wife and daughters At first the table we sat at was like a carnival On the brain breaking and then we ordered dinner with was supposed to be two choices of premium entrées and two other entrées to split We chose two orders, crab legs, shrimp linguine and coconut shrimp. The noodles were overcooked and we got two snow crab legs total I got maybe three pieces of crab from those legs and my wife maybe got four I asked the waiter which was very nice and did a very good job to get the manager, I tried to explain to him and he told me that each serving was 8 ounces so you should be getting a whole pound of crab legs all in all I feel like I was ripped off, I’ll never be coming back there again and I am going to be trying to get a hold of somebody at work because the manager got an attitude with me said that I called him a liar which I didn’t I don’t have a problem with paying for anything, But for some reason, I just felt like I’ve been ripped off. And instead of trying to make it right with me, the manager basically argued with me about how much crab legs weigh

Went to dinner for date night last night at Red Lobster on McKnight rd- Todd was our server.. He’s the best! He’s a funny guy who knows his stuff and has been working at this location for years! Our food was super fresh and our drinks were flowing. Always the best time when we sit in his section. Five stars!
